Just over 1,300 sq ft with a lot of light, modern rustic feel, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeps 6. Upstairs master bedroom has private 1/2 bath and large windows looking into the forest backyard. Mid-level guest bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom). Full bath on this floor. Kitchen includes stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, mini waffle maker, and is stocked with dish/glassware, cooking pans, utensils, and basic spices. Large deck with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and a grill all overlooking the yard. Large fire pit with Adirondack chairs that can be used year round. The house has wifi and a Smart TV with guest access to Netflix and Hulu and sign-in to your personal accounts. The walk out basement is newly finished, with a couch, TV with Apple TV, and is stocked with children’s board games and books. There is also a washer/dryer for use, but we are requesting guest not use the wood stove at this time. Private river access to the Ammonoosuc, across the street of our drive known for fishing and floating. brbrbrNearby Recreation Options in nearby Franconia Notch State Park and White Mountain Nat'l Forest include endless trails for mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, x-country trails, ice climbing, and downhill skiing (half way between Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods).
