During winter we are less than a 30 minute drive to Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black, Attitash, Cranmore and King Pine. Less than a 10 minute drive to cross country skiing and snowmobiling. During summer months we are 15 minutes away from Cranmore's Adventure Park! You may also want to relax on the property with our on-site amenities including indoor swimming, jacuzzi, outdoor tennis courts, a softball field, fishing, playground and basketball. Kids will enjoy the game room located at the clubhouse. Our condo: Enjoy 2 good sized bedrooms (master/king, guest/2 full), 2 full baths and a fully equipped unit including washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home. Specifics: Kitchen seats 6, 55 inch wall mounted smart TV in living room, easy and convenient electric fireplace for ambiance. Master bedroom has wall mounted flat screen. Our eat-in kitchen has a round table that seats four and an island with two stools. We have all the cookware and dishes you need to cook up your family's favorite meal-the only thing you provide is the food! It also has a sliding door that leads to our covered porch so you can enjoy our outdoor view. Our living room has a wide comfortable couch, two reclining chairs, a fireplace and a smart Flat Screen TV.
