A lower-level, walk-out patio seating area includes a hammock for those afternoon naps. The home's row-end location within the complex provides added privacy during your stay and this condo features one of the few layouts that does not require spiral stair access, making it more accessible than other options in the complex. The mounted mini-split air-conditioner in the loft supplies year-round comfort throughout the space. brbrDuring your stay, enjoy full access to the amenities at Ptarmigan Village including two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), an outdoor hot tub, a dry sauna, the trout-stocked Elmer's pond, a playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and hiking trails throughout the village that can take you all the way up to the ski village at the top of the mountain or all the way down to the lake.
