We are only 68 miles from Yellowstone Park, but plan on a good two hours` drive as the “Pass” is stunning in high mountain vistas, rocky cliffs, and jeweled lakes. The Custer National Forest is a haven for wildlife including elk, moose, mountain goats, big horn sheep, bears (black and grizzly), mountain lions and wolves. Golden marmots are often seen dashing across the trails. Golden and bald eagles often visit our area, as well as sandhill cranes and blue herons.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrRed Lodge has a taxi service and Uber for transportation in the area. Red Lodge does not have a commercial airport. Guest(s) can fly to area airports and drive to destination. The Guest InspectionbrGuest will, on arrival, examine the Property and will immediately report to Alpine any damage discovered or any equipment not in operating condition.br3. DamagebrGuest is responsible for any and all damage to the Property during Guest’s stay caused by any Guest, Guest Designee, or any Guest invitee during the specified rental period. Should any damage or alterations be discovered upon inspection after the Guest’s departure, Guest agrees to pay for all costs of repairs. If the cost of repairs exceeds the Safely Insurance Protection coverage (as applicable), Guest authorizes the credit card on file to be charged (and if more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee authorizes his or her credit card to be charged on a pro rata basis). If the charges for damages exceed any Guest or Guest Designee’s credit limit, the following applies:br• If more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee hereby authorizes his or her credit card to be charged the excess on a pro rata basis.br• If there is only one credit card on file, or the charges for damages exceed all credit cards on file, Guest or Guest Designee will pay Alpine the excess immediately by cash, check, or money order. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damage during your stay. The $80.00 Safely Fee includes up to $5,000 of accidental coverage for property and contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental bodily injury. Complete terms are available upon request. The Safely Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.br5. Check-In and Check-Out brCheck-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 10 a.m., unless otherwise designated on your reservation’s confirmation page provided by the site on which you booked. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available unless previously arranged. We may have someone checking in on the day of your departure. For that reason, we must adhere to these times. Guest agrees that Alpine personnel and its agents have the right, and hereby grant such right, to enter the Property promptly at the check-out time on the scheduled day of departure. Unapproved late check-outs may be charged a portion of an additional day’s rent. You may call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to request an earlier check-in or check-out, but we cannot guarantee your request will be granted.br6. PaymentbrAn advance payment equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the rent designated on the invoice (“Down Payment”) is required to secure your reservation. The Down Payment will be applied toward the rental fee for the Property (“Rent”). Please make payments in the form of a check or money order to Alpine Basin Management, LLC. You may also pay by credit card using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. The balance of the rent, if any, is due at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date designated on the invoice. If the booking was made on another site, please adhere to the payment structure detailed on that site at the time of booking. If Alpine does not receive payment of the entire rent by the designated number of days on the reservation, prior to the designated arrival date, Guest and/or Guest Designee grants Alpine the right to charge Guest or Guest Designee’s credit card for the unpaid balance of the rent due on the reservation (and if more than one credit card is on file, each Guest or Guest Designee authorizes his or her credit card to be charged for such unpaid balance on a pro rata basis) or to cancel the reservation if the balance of the rent is not paid. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, Alpine will retain the Down Payment made to secure the reservation. Alpine will automatically cancel reservations without contacting or notifying Guest if payment deadlines established between Alpine and Guest are not met by Guest. The original Alpine cancellation policy will still apply. Upon receipt of payment in full of the rent due, Alpine will email Guest and/or Guest Designee confirmation of the payment. CancellationsbrUnless otherwise stated at the time of booking, Alpine Basin Management’s cancellation policy is as follows:br• If a reservation is canceled 31 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest will receive a 96% refund of the total Rent amount.br• If canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the Guest will receive a 46% refund of the total Rent amount.br• If canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, the Guest will receive no refund.brIf your reservation was made under a different cancellation policy via AirBnB, that policy will apply. Please provide confirmation of the third-party cancellation terms at the time of dispute or inquiry.br8. Storm Policy / Road Conditions / Property Conditions and Travel Insurance brNo refunds will be given for storms that alter your travel plans. The guest and/or Guest Designee acknowledges and agrees, on behalf of himself or herself and all other Guests, that mountain roads are curved and steep, and that each Guest will take appropriate measures to travel under the conditions presented. We do not refund due to:br• Inclement weather or other events supplied by Mother Nature.br• Malfunction of equipment and/or any Property amenities (e.g., TVs, DVDs, telephone, internet, etc.). Alpine will make a reasonable effort to make repairs and keep all equipment in good working order and condition.br9. Other Guest Obligations brThe maximum number of occupants in the Property during the stay is limited to the number of persons specified in the Property description on the invoice or booking site. Additional persons will result in an immediate termination of this Agreement, expulsion of all Guests and/or Guest invitees or individuals, and forfeiture of all Rent paid (unless agreed to in writing by Alpine). brGuests agree to utilize the programs and software used by Alpine in managing the Property and conform to their terms of use, including but not limited to Hostaway. If there are guests that struggle with stairs this is makes their stay much more comfortable and allows the whole family to be together.brbrbrbrThe main level also features a small game room with foosball or it can be used for some quiet office space. This room can be closed off if needed for that quiet time.brbrbrbrThe garage has been set up for FUN during all seasons! The heated garage has ping pong, air hockey, lounge chairs, bar tops, and still has plenty fo room for parking or setting up cornhole in the winter. In the garage you will find yard games stored including the volley ball net for the yard, the chairs for the fire pit, and corn hole. brbrbrbrUpstairs there is a loft that is set up for children in mind with games and a fold out bed. There is a king suite with tall ceilings and its own private seating room with 360 views, a portable AC unit, and comfortable chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower upstairs as well. Just off the loft, enjoy the large balcony that has incredible views of the valley south of town and Mt Maurice.brbrbrbrThe lower level is another full living area including a second kitchen and dining area, a second living room with large ROKU TV, and a Pool Table for some games amongst friends. There is a separate entrance to this living area that leads you out to the fenced yard with fire pit, basketball, hot tub, and patio seating. For some additional sleeping, there are two comfortable roll away twin cots kept in the closet on this level. So whether you are looking for mountain adventure or the attractions of downtown, this home is conveniently located for you. The home is located just off the highway making it very accessible and easy to find.brbrbrbrIf you are looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area, Red Lodge is hard to beat. Enjoy watching the wildlife wander by including deer, moose, and turkeys. Red Lodge has many parks for that have great amenities including river access for Rock Creek, disc golf, tennis and pickleball, play structures, basketball courts. ice skating in the winter and farmers markets in the summers, baseball fields and soccer fields, a city pool, and green spaces with canopies of trees. There are also several trails including Rocky Fork trail that follows the edge of the bench for great views or a small trail down by Rotary Park that follows the river.brbrbrbrFor the adventurers Red Lodge is nestled at the base of the Beartooths and sits just outside the Custer-Gallatin National Forest. So whether you want to explore the Nordic Trails in the winter, hike the mountain trails in the summer, or angle the rivers and streams, we have it all in our backyard. brbrbrbrSkiers and Riders can come together here at Red Lodge Mountain and enjoy the fresh groomed trails of Lazy M or find themselves in the steeps and deeps of Headwaters. brbrbrbrThe Beartooth Highway is must in the Summer months. Take in the views from one of the most scenic drives in the country. The Beartooth Highway will bring you to the top of the world and you will enjoy high cascade lakes, wildlife, wildflowers, and stunning twists and turns. brbrbrbrYellowstone National Park is only 70 miles south of Red Lodge via the Beartooth Pass in the summer months. It is about a 3 hour tour to get there through Silver Gate, but it is a trip you wont forget!brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrJust 1 mile south of Red Lodge off highway 212 on the right.brbrbrbrYellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away via the Beartooth Pass, which is a beautiful scenic drive, but it takes at least two hours to get there due to the twists and turns.brbrbrbrBillings is about 1 hour away. brbrbrbrRed Lodge Mountain is only about 15 minutes away.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrThis home has ample parking in front and back of the home. There is a $50 pet fee for your stay. You are responsible for cleaning up after them and disposing of their waste. You are responsible for being in control of your dog(s) at all times. There is regular large wildlife at this property, and we want your pets to stay safe. Do not leave your pets unattended in the home. Only kennel your pets if they are kennel trained.
