Direct access from the parking lot is perfect for bringing in luggage and groceries with ease. Located near great restaurants both on and off the water, family fun, and a mile from an outlet mall, entertainment is always close by. A large deck with a patio TV and speaker system is great for relaxing, and a gas grill is perfect for grilling a great evening meal while watching the game.brbrThis unit features 1760 sq. ft. of spacious living space. The living room includes great furnishings, back-lit crown molding, gas fireplace, and plenty of entertainment. Excellent Lakefront Condo, located on the mid point of Three Season's Resort complex (Bldg D- unit 15.) This is a perfect spot off the KK Highway in Osage Beach right on the Lake at mile marker 21. Great sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy a quick weekend getaway or a family's week vacation. You can swim in the Condo pool or off the docks in the lake. Floating devices and tubes in the condo. You are in a cove but can see to the main channel with 2 Restaurants nearby. Shorty Pants Cajun is 130 yards across the parking lot and Red Heads is about 1 mile away and has a really nice pool with a swim-up bar. With the West view, you can watch all the superpower boats going to the main channel from Performance Marina which is located next to Red Heads restaurant. To the East, you can watch the same as boats come and go to Shorty Pants Lakeside Cajun Restaurant & Marina. Salty Dog Gas dock is located right in front of the Marina. Also nearby are golf courses, shops, neighborhood bars, mini golf, a kart track, grocery stores, water parks, and Lake Regional Hospital. The boat ramp is located just about 1 mile away at Performance Marine. Many other attractions are also nearby like Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park which has Castle Ruins and our family favorite the cold springs along with cliff jumping!

It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans, and all the condiments/spices you will need. The eat in kitchen features ample dining space to accommodate larger parties and there is a full-size washer and dryer in the walk in utility room. Ledges offers a sandy beach for the kids with pool nearby plus a 2nd pool on the point. Very comfortable queen blowup mattress for 8th and 9th person. NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON DECK PLEASE. Our spacious condo has everything you need to feel right at home. brbrWe are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condo Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony & one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove. Our condo is two flights of stairs from the parking lot. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a large loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the spacious loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a half bathroom. brbrbrIfF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, please ask about our condo that is conveniently located right next door to this condo! It is a 3 bedroom + loft/ 3 bath condo and we also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath on located on the main channel. brbrEnjoy the extra beds and space this condo offers. Although the condo has a maximum number of 12, the extra beds offer a configuration that can allow more people to sleep in their own bed. This is helpful for groups of golfers or anyone who enjoys having their own space. brbrWe offer free wifi :)brbrIf you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the playpen, high chair and bedrail at the condo. There are also plenty of movies and board games for family fun!brbrYou can use the electric grill that is on the balcony overlooking one of two pools at the Ledges. brbrIf you are bringing a boat, we have a 10' x 30' covered boat slip available for rent for $25/night. It has decking for a vboat. A pontoon 25’ or less will also fit here.
