We loved the condo! Great location for the pool & lake beach. Parking right outside the door. Comfortable beds and everything we needed for our long weekend stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake. The condo was beautiful and clean and had everything a family would need for a stay. It was easy access to the pool and a quick drive to everything we had planned. The host was amazing and great at communicating.

We love the Ozarks, this place was great, my boys loved the beach and pool. The condo was comfy and clean, had everything we needed.

Perfect stay for our family! The kids (ages 3-6) loved the sand/beach area. We loved how the beach and pools were such a short walk to the condo. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable as well.

We stayed the first of July for a Baseball World Series. I loved the location of the room being on the walk in level, across the road from the beach and a pool right by us. The morning deer were an added bonus. Beautiful condo with plenty of space and extremely clean. She has is stocked with lots of beach items to help with the stay, that helped tremendously because we were going to have to shop for some floats and the coolers were perfect for the hot days! The beds were super comfy!

My daughter and I stayed here for a softball tournament and it was great! Dawn was amazing at getting right back to me with things. We had such a fun time and her place was perfect for just us.

This is a very nice and clean condo. Very well maintained and appointed. Everything you could possibly need for a stay at the lake of the Ozarks. Lots of amenities in the complex and the location is close to dining options.

Very clean place. Had everything we needed. 4 of our grandchildren, ages 2-8 had a wonderful tume at the pool and rhe beach. Fishing waa a challenge due to well ages 2-8. But we had a a wonderful time. Place was well equipped and beds were really comfortable. Dawn French, our Host was fantastic to work with and quickly to communicate a few extra needs. We will be back next year for more fun. Thank you Dawn and VRBO for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here with my daughter and 2 nieces for a girls trip during Memorial weekend. We fell in love with the Condo. So clean and cozy. They have everything you need. It was home away from home! Communication with Dawn is easy, the whole stay was perfect. Thank you!!

The Codo was PERFECT! It had everything that i needed. I didnt have to walk any steps to get to the room. It is one of the most well stocked Condos ive ever stayed in.

The condo was wonderful and the location was so close to everything. We were in the area for a softball tournament. The walk in level was so convenient with coolers and big bags. The balcony overlooking the pool and lake were a great bonus. Also, this condo was one of the most thoroughly equipped in the kitchen I’ve ever stayed at. At the end of our stay, I saw that Dawn even had a container under the bathroom sink titled “in case you forgot”. She literally had any toiletries you could possibly need in there. Would definitely stay again!

If you've been to the Ozarks, you know it's not laid out in any convenient, normal city way.This condo sits in a great location - about a 10-minute drive to shopping and food whether you head east or west on 54. We appreciated the ground-level entry, parking right outside of the condo wasn't a problem, and the condo sits right above the swimming pool. My nephew was able to pick us up in his boat at the end of Dock 1, which was a short walk from the condo. We had a small issue with keys/locks (our own fault), which Dawn and maintenance took care of within 5 minutes. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. She has coolers and blow-ups available, as well as a grill. Being only 3 minutes by boat to my niece/nephew's lake house, I have suggested this condo for their future overflows, and we definitely will be booking again in the future. We had a wonderful, enjoyable week!

This condo was beautiful! The size was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook dinner. We loved all the lake themed decor. The amenities at this property were perfect for our stay. We spent an entire day at the beach on the lake. Great spot for families with kids. And of course we had to swim in the pool every day. I would have given 5 stars... but it seems like sound travels easily throughout the building. The neighbor downstairs asked that we be mindful of our footsteps and noise. Really took me off guard because i thought we were doing our best with kids ages 7 and 9. Plus every day we were gone almost all day long and at night our kids were usually toast and just coming back to the condo to take bathes and head to bed. So this may not be the space for families with toddlers. However the stay was great and we enjoyed our time in the Lake of the Ozarks!

One of the nicest condos we have stayed at in the OZARKS. Clean, everything we needed, nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. The pool was clean and close by. The beach area was a lot smaller than I expected, but it is close by. It seemed to be in a very nice condo complex.
