This newly renovated home features breathtaking high ceilings, 6 massive bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and every bed in the home is KING sized! This home has a private dock in a no wake cove, perfect for swimming and floating without the worry of boat traffic. Enjoy amazing views of the lake from every room!

This home is located in the highly sought-after Tan Tar A Estates, the private housing section of the Margaritaville gated community. Enjoy access to two pools, and convenient (guest paid) access to all the Margaritaville activates including Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals and access to multiple pools and restaurants including Landshark Bar & Grill.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The open concept kitchen area features gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for four, and a dining room just off of the kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and a table that seats eight. There are sliding glass doors that lead onto the screened porch which has a table and seating for six.

Living Room

In the living area there is a couch, a loveseat, two recliners and a 85 inch flat screen TV, and sliding doors that lead onto the balcony with views of the lake while lounging. There is also an additional table with seating for six.

Master Suite

The Master Suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, walk in closet, 65 in flat screen TV, recliner, a dresser, and sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony. The attached master bathroom has a large soaking tub, spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity with light up mirrors.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features two king-size beds, nightstands, 65 in flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, seating area with table and sliding doors that open onto the balcony. The attached bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom features two king size beds, nightstands, mini fridge, coffee maker, dresser, 65 in flat screen TV, seating area with table, sliding doors that open onto the balcony and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy use of multiple balconies each with outdoor seating, and a blackstone grill. Enjoy your own private dock in a no wake cove with swim platform, lily pad, and wet steps. The slip is not available for guest use, but boats can safely tie up on either side of the dock.

Neighborhood Description

Tan Tar A estates is a neighborhood within Margaritaville's gated community. Rent a boat or be picked up by water taxi at the Port of Indecision next to Landshark. You can visit two different pools that are exclusive to Tan Tar A Estates HOA members and their guests. You can also pay to use some of the extra amenities at Margaritaville Resort! You are within walking distance of Land Shark Bar and Grill, and Margaritaville Resort. This home is located off KK in Osage Beach, conveniently located close to all the lakes most popular bars, restaurants, and activities.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

    Beautiful home! Each room was huge with its own shower! 4-5 parking spots which is hard to find in Margaritaville. Very clean and had everything we needed! Definitely would stay here again!

    We recently enjoyed a family reunion at Serenity Cove. The house was awesome! Each of the double king rooms had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Such a nice extra and gave a bit of a hideaway feel. There was also a blackstone griddle as well as a grill, which we used every night. The Keurig coffee pot was a carafe/single use machine. Everyone could have the coffee they preferred. Screened porch was a nice outdoor eating area for the night when it rained. Home is on the water in a quiet cove. The dock had chairs and 2 ladders for us to easily get out of the water after a swim. We rented a pontoon boat locally for a few days and parked at the dock. We had a great time together visiting and there were plenty of space in the common area. Kitchen was a little small but got the job done.

    Home was perfect for our annual Sisters and nieces Christmas Shopping trip. 17 total! Beautiful accommodations, clean, plenty of bathrooms for a group of all girls . Helpful host. Recommend for large groups!

    The maid don’t look for dirt. Saw spider webs hanging from lamps If you were barefooted in house your feet turned black. Crumbs under sofa. For as much as resort costs and cleaning fee $500 I expected better. The location was perfect

    Great layout for 5 families. It was clean with very comfortable spaces to be together, or separate. Not sure why there are so few reviews but don't let that stop you, it was really great. If we can get the dates coordinated we will be back.

    We booked for a guys golf trip to Lake of the Ozarks. 7 total. Place was all and more than expected. Very roomy, amazing view from the deck and dock. Very comfortable beds and well stocked house with all you would need for an extended stay. Management company communicated with us very well and made sure all was going well. Will return in the future.

    This property was so nicely maintained and kept. The kitchen had plenty of the tools you need in order to make a good meal, beds were comfortable and the parking was so nice compared to other places in the estates I have stayed before.
