Have fun in the 2 pools which include a baby pool. There are 2 playgrounds, 3 BBQ areas, 2 pavillions, boat launch, 12 X 30 boat slip available, ice machine and a trailer storage area. Ozarks public beach 2 is a few miles away. Party cove is 1 cove over. Osage Outlets are less than 10 min away along w/tons of shopping, restaurants and family fun places. brbrBoth bedrooms have blackout curtains. We have fully stocked kitchen with hopefully everything you need. The induction stove/oven is also an air fryer/convection oven and cooks very fast so please be aware of that. We want all our guests to have plenty of room so we have multiple beds, extra towels. Each bedroom features a TV. The fireplace is electric and easy to turn on by a switch on cold nights. The screened-in porch is perfect to sit out on and enjoy all year round. Our condo sits on the first floor so you don't have as many steps to walk up. We have extra cards, games and books and will continue to bring more down for our guests.
