Stayed Oct 1, 2025The view/location was great. The property itself needs a little TLC (moisture issues upstairs and deck siding of building; lower right bedspread had tears and snags). The lower right room had a Keurig but nowhere to plug it in, so I shared the other room's Keurig. The 3 ensuites were comfortable and roomy. The 5th stair had an issue with the cap - we took it off & then put it back on when we left. I was sure I took a photo of it, but it isn't in my photos (sorry). Overall, we were very happy that we stayed at Peaceful Osage Beach Escape!

Stayed Aug 24, 2025We had a work conference at Margaritaville and chose to stay in this awesome home. The lower bedrooms are perfect, each with their own bathroom, deck and sitting areas. We had a great time.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Some of our large family stayed here, close to the estates pool. Outside looked some dated but inside was very pretty. Deck needs some work and a few other issues need addressed but a good house to stay in. Thank you

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Very good rental. Interior was clean and comfortable. Great view and the location close to the community pool was ideal. The deck needs staining and some exterior work is needed just outside the doors to the decks (i.e. wood rot). Just a suggestion, as it didn't affect the stay.

Stayed Dec 4, 2024Had a group of 4 and loved the home. Everyone had plenty of space and said their beds were very comfortable. There was a well decorated living room with a large table to play games. It was a great house.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The floor was very dirty— after wearisome light gray socks when I took them off they were brown on the bottom. There were dead bugs in the lights and on the bathroom vanity and toilet. The pitcher on the fridge had several dead bugs in it. The deck had some boards replaced but still seeunsafe, we never used it. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom would not close and lock making us all feel unsafe.the hot pads were disgusting with food on them. The barstool had dried up crusty food on them and there were rocks on the throw rug. This place was by no means of cleaned. You pay a lot of service/cleaning fees when you rent these places . I feel as tho I should get some type of a refund. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this is only the second bad review I have had to give.
