1 Mi to Margaritaville! Cabin w/ Resort Perks

The house was absolutely beautiful, well kept, nicely decorated and very clean. Loved the screened porch and each bedroom had their own bathroom and a walkout to their own patio. The view of the lake from the screened porch was amazing at night as we could see the lake all lit up. Definitely worth our 5hr. drive.

My family and I enjoyed the large bedrooms with comfortable beds and adjoining bathrooms. We met up from three different states and had plenty of parking in front of the property. We used the screened in porch during the evenings for long conversations and boat watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including a coffee maker and Keurig. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again!

This location met the needs of our multi family of 8 perfectly! We enjoyed the screened porch, open living area, bedrooms with their own bath and central location to other area activities.

Enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for coffee and every evening. Great setup that all bedrooms have a great view and their own bathroom. Would go back there again

We called the owner twice, left messages, with no response. We needed the code to get into the gate to the estates. Unfortunately roadwork blocked the road to our area through the open gate to resort. The place is nice. We liked it. I cleaned the outside screened in deck patio furniture (table and two chairs) and the ledge. It was covered with an inch of pollen and dust. They may want to clean the rest of the chairs and deck.

Our group consisted of four siblings and one in-law. The bedroom and bathroom configuration filled our needs well. It was a lovely condo in a lovely setting. Our only disappointments were the lack of toiletries (small soap bars for showering), since most people expect those accommodations when they travel; the lack of shower bars in the tub/shower combinations; the relatively few eating dishes; and the lack of internet connection.

First the house is extremely nice and maintained. The online listing is light on details. You should know that bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs. The bedroom on the main floor shares it's bathroom with the main floor. The trees have also grown since the picture on the deck was taken, so the view is somewhat less wide than shown. The only real issue I had was with the responsiveness of the management company and the local contact. I posted 2 questions thru VRBO, one in March and one in Sept and never received a response. I texted the number listed on VRBO that was answered by a bot, but eventually got a human on the chain. I also texted the first local contact number shortly before the trip and have never gotten a response. I would rent the place again, but Evolve needs a more responsive team.

The stay was good but there were cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen.

great place to stay. very clean and nice. great view of the lake. we had a group of 7 that took a motorcycle trip from southeast iowa to the ozarks and had a great time. the only thing i would suggest is more towels for showering. we had a group of 7 and only 6 towels. otherwise a fabulous time.

This house has everything a family could want for an extended stay. It was immaculate, fully stocked with kitchen & household items, and in a beautiful location near tons of activities (water park, shopping, gold course, gas station). Our family of four felt right at home, safe, secure and relaxed. Private neighborhood pool is gorgeoys, too! We can't say enough about this place,. Definitely made our Ozarks vacation a treat!

Location was great. We had a small problem with some electrical and the host sent a repair man out immediately. Will rent again

House was really nice and plenty of room for us four to stay. Screened in porch was nice to set at first thing in the morning and at night. Up stairs bathroom had no hand towel or towels. Luckily there was extra in the downstairs bathroom. Sent text and email to host before and during our stay and never heard back, communication could have been better.
