Cozy Lake Front Cottage w/dock, perfect family retreat!

Enjoyed our stay. Home was perfect and loved view. Decks were great and we spent alot of time there. Will consider staying there on next trip.

Only complaint was the AC struggle to keep the place cool. Everything else was great and host was very kind.

The house was as listed. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook. The beds were comfortable. The deck area was nice, but it did need a good cleaning. The owner is very responsive. The home was comfortable and a good option for our family of 6. The road leading to the house isn't super well kept. We had a mini van pulling a trailer and had a hard time not bottoming out. I imagine this wouldn't be a big issue with a bigger vehicle. Overall, this rental is a good value. We'd stay again if we were back this way.

The dock and lake area were secluded and calm. The house was well kept and clean. No A/C unit in main bedroom.

This was by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in—absolutely spotless and very well-maintained. It’s clear the owners take great pride in the interior of their property, which we appreciated.One thing to note: the owners live next door and are quite present. During our stay, they were quick to comment when my adult children had the door open for what they felt was too long, calling over to ask that it be shut. It’s something to be aware of if you value complete privacy or prefer a more hands-off host experience.Overall, a beautiful and extremely clean home—just be prepared for a bit more oversight than you might expect from a typical vacation rental.

The hostess was very responsive to messages. She allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day so we could wait out a storm when we needed to load our boat. The location on the lake was great. Having a covered boat dock was amazing. The inside of the home was clean and a quintessential, quirky lake house. The kitchen was well equipped. However, our stay was very rainy and the roof was leaking in multiple spots and has been for a while based on the damage on the ceiling. The provided trash cans were not large enough for our group of 8 for 3 days. The dock, decks, walkway down to dock/lake could use some maintenance and powerwashing. We did enjoy our stay but we had to monitor the leaky ceiling throughout the weekend and were concerned with mold/mildew. Rub rails and cleats are missing off of dock, so if you bring a boat, be sure to bring extra bumpers and ropes to tie up. With a little TLC, this place would be absolutely perfect.

Great place to stay on a nice quiet drive and part of the lake

This is a little slice of heaven. The four of us had an amazing time! The only suggestions I would give is to provide additional hangers and plastic storage bins for clothes, as most of the storage in the home is already in use, we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. Also, the coffee maker takes forever to make a pot of coffee (over 30 mins), so we bought our own Keurig while we were there. Other than that, it was an amazing home and view - and you also get an extra special treat when Harry (the owners' dog) comes to visit. Thank you for an amazing time!

The property was beautiful and we had a great stay.

We had a great time , the house was great for both couples, great location, and the host was very good at accommodating our needs. This is our new choice for houses in the ozarks!

The property was just as described, if you’re looking for relaxation you will find it here. Very peaceful setting where the property is located. Beautiful views from the two decks. Highly recommend this property. The owners are very nice people.

Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay so this isn’t a complaint rather a suggestion. You should probably get a better grill you need to be able to close a lid when grilling pork steaks so you can cook them more evenly.

Me and 8 of my friends loved this house and the location was great!

While it was a bit of a challenge to get to (we were on motorcycles) the property was great and totally as described. The owners were warm and welcoming and even provided us with a couple of SUPs to use during our stay. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Lovely house, great location! Spending time with my family right on the water with such a beautiful view, really made this a special vacation.

Great cabin lake house very close to Ozark amphitheater. Only suggestion is to have the house sprayed for bugs.
