There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The living room has a sectional with a full sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have new flat screen TVs and the family room has a new 52-inch flat screen with Blue Ray DVD player. There are two bathrooms; both have new sliding glass doors. You can relax on the outside deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, and BBQ on the new gas grill. We also have a 12 x 30 covered boat slip available if needed for additional fee. The condo complex has a boat launch and private trailer parking. Our condo is located close to our boat slip, the boat launch and the pool. The condo is located on the quiet part of the lake at the 13MM of the Big Niangua. brWe look forward to sharing our home away from home with you!brbr
