There is bedding provided for the air mattress. brbrDisclaimers:br- This house sits in a quiet cove and is ideal for families. The neighbors are great - please be respectful of them. We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties for this reason.brbr- The hot tub will not be available during the summer (June 1- September 5) unless opened per owner discretion. We have a great cove for swimming and the hot tub is difficult to maintain when guests swim in the lake and then get in the hot tub.
