Harbor cozy cottage, Walk to Lake Superior, Cruise boats, Ice Cream, Pubs &More!

The property was clean and well-furnished. We were able to bring our daughter's dog. The property manager was especially helpful about making sure we could get into the house.

This was a great home from home. Centrally located to all the Pictured Rocks locations! Quiet and comfortable.

The location of the property is very convenient and it was very cozy and well-maintained. The lake views from the kitchen were a nice surprise.

The cottage was very nice and a good place to use as a base of operations. Parking was a little wonky but worked fine and the neighbors were very friendly when we asked to confirm we were ok. The cleanup instructions were just a bit over the top. We've never been asked to strip beds before. Overall, it was a nice place to stay while we visited this beautiful area!

Downtown cottage was everything that was promised! Delightful, great location, cozy!

The place was cute and cozy. It was very conveniently located too. Host did allow us an early check in which was helpful as we drove from lower MI and were estimating arrival and made better timing than we anticipated. Family loved the DQ across the street too.

Very cute cottage that suited our needs perfectly. We cooked meals inside and on the grill outside. We could walk two blocks to Pictured Rocks Cruises and a short drive to more than 3 waterfalls. We could park right near the entrance and keep our shoes in foyer to keep sand out. There was a park within walking distance for the kids. We would stay again.

Cozy place

Excellent location in downtown Munising, within walking distance to everything. Small cozy cottage, meticulously maintained. Very clean and everything looks like new or recently painted/ restored. The only suggestion would be to provide some storage space. There’s one clothes closet in the bedroom. The other bedroom has no closet. All other storage spaces, a chest of drawers in the living room, etc. are all filled with cleaning supplies and towels, bed sheets, etc. So basically one is living out of the suitcase, at a price of a high- end hotel. Same for the bathroom- no place to put one’s stuff. Replacing the large mirror wit a cabinet behind the mirror would help. A pull-out clothes line to dry swimsuits would be nice, too.

The property is easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the harbor. There was ample parking. The door and lock are secure. Decor is cozy with a small living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The beds and linens were very supportive and comfortable. To me, a comfortable bed is the most important part of a good VRBO, and these were great!The bedroom and bathroom doors are louvered, I presume for circulation. They’re fine for normal privacy concerns, but if you need true isolation, this might be an issue for you. It was not a problem for us at all. There are no laundry facilities, but there is a dishwasher, and there’s a nice laundromat less than a mile away. Everything was clean and in good repair. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you, Lisa! We’d definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Downtown cottage.

We visited Munising to snowshoe and ski at Pictured Rocks National Park and Valley Spur . Perfect pristine snow! Hope to be back soon if it doesn’t snow enough in Wisconsin. Loved both coffeeshops the Gallery and Falling Rock and By George Brewery. People were welcoming and friendly . We love this area . We have visited several times inn Winter and Summer

This property exceeded our expectations. Very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished, this cottage was very comfortable and an easy base camp for our sight seeing activities. Everything we hoped to explore was close by. Communication with property management was always prompt and helpful, if needed. We give highest kudos for cleanliness. Not even a small problem for us, but others should be aware that the bedroom is small and that the lake view is limited. Note that neither of these stopped us from being extremely please with our stay in this very pleasant neighborhood cottage. We unreservedly give this place our highest recommendation.

Great location to explore the U.P. from. Clean, neat and beautiful touches in the cabin. Everything you need is included.

My husband and 12 year old daughter stayed there for 3 nights while we explored Pictured Rocks. This is definitely a crash pad and worked well for getting a quick breakfast before going exploring.

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4 and checking out the Munising/ Pictured Rocks area. Lisa was great to communicate with and the cottage had everything we needed. We will be back.

This cottage was perfect for me, my daughter and her dog. We had a great time, the house is well appointed and the location was perfect for us. We walked to our ride on the Pictured Rocks Boat Cruise and to restaurants. There are grocery stores in short driving distance. We highly recommend! Be advised that there is no washer/dryer (as advertised) and there are no laundromats nearby.

Such a cute place to stay for the weekend.
