The front stair to second floor is more normalbrbrThe second floor of the antique has a large front bedroom with double bed, large dresser, side table, and walk-in closet. The bedroom is accessible from front stair or rear stair via hallway. Also on second floor is small bedroom with double bed, side table, bureau, and east facing window. Across the hall is third bedroom which has twin bed and a youth size double bunk. Ample built-in cabinet and drawers make longer stays easy and convenient.brbrRounding out the second floor is renovated bathroom with tile floors, new shower, toilet and lavatory. There is also a small dedicated office space off of the living room with a desk & chair perfect for remote work. On the second floor, there are beautiful original wide-pine wood floors. There is a king bed in the Master Bedroom, along with a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Off the bedrooms, there is a large walk-in closet/laundry room with new front-loading washer & dryer. The second bedroom has a twin daybed, with a second twin trundle bed underneath which can be pulled out as needed (note the second bedroom does not have a separate air conditioning unit - we do provide a fan, and the mini-split a/c unit in the master bedroom will cool the entire second floor if the doors are left open). The backyard has a beautiful shady patio with a table and four chairs, and a gas grill. There is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars. The home is on a quaint side-street, right across the street from Millbrook Meadow, which has a playground for the little ones. It is also right around the corner from Front Beach, and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Bearskin Neck.brbrFor the security of our guests and the safety of our home there is 1 operational security camera located on the outside of the house facing the driveway.
