A minute walk to restaurants including our wonderful Farm and Coast Market/Restaurant. Stroll the village and enjoy the shopping or maybe it's a Spa or Yoga your looking for. This home-away-from-home has spectacular views from all the rooms the living room and dining room with sliders to a deck this is a perfect place to enjoy your meals alfresco! If you prefer to enjoy your own home cooked meal there is a fully equipped kitchen. Second floor offers 4 bedrooms-two of the rooms have queen size beds the other two have 2 twin beds. High count sheets in all bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms. The house has been newly furnished with with a tasteful COASTAL flare! This rustic and charming New England style cottage offers the perfect summer antidote to a busy and hectic life. It is an unpretentious, simple house with wooden floors and walls, a large kitchen that seats 8 and a big dining room that seats 10 - though we have had as many as 16! The covered front porch is ideal for breakfast coffee or late afternoon drinks; the side porch is perfect for BBQ and lounging in the sun. Note: Rental period is May through Oct. and there is a 2-week minimum from June 15th to Sept. 15th.brbrPlease note: As this is an older wooden summer house it is impossible to exterminate all pests over time. This means you will most likely find some evidence of mice and insects. brbrThe cottage faces a fine 9-hole golf course and is a minute walk from 6 excellent clay tennis courts (groomed by staff).
