It has 5 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and very large closets. The house is approximately 5,500 square feet across 3 floors. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped throughout with great attention to detail.brbrThe main floor has a beautiful open floor plan that is comfortable for large families and entertaining. It is light and breezy with windows and French doors around the entire perimeter, which open onto a wraparound porch.brbrThe living room and sitting/game area are wonderful for lounging and watching TV. The huge, gourmet kitchen has a very large island that seats 4 people. The kitchen continues around the corner with a bar, pantry and second cleanup area with a sink and second dishwasher. The side entrance to the house leads directly into a very large mudroom and separate laundry room and is the perfect place to leave the day at the beach behind before enjoying an evening at home.brbrThe second floor is airy and bright with soaring ceilings. The gracious master suite has a 4 poster bed, a relaxing sitting area, and a 60-inch flat panel TV. A walk in closet leads to a beautiful white marble bathroom with his and hers vanities and separate soaking tub. A second guest bedroom serves as a second master suite, with an elegant upholstered king bed and beautiful bathroom with a relaxing beachy feel. A third bedroom includes 2 queen beds and a wonderful marble bathroom. There is another laundry room on the second level.brbrThe lower level is very light and bright. It contains a family room with a 60-inch flat screen TV and a wet bar. An enormous bedroom with twin beds also includes a play area for children. An ensuite bathroom is finished in marble and has a double vanity. The final bedroom suite includes a queen bed and a beautiful marble and granite bathroom.brbrThe outdoors is an extension of the house. There is an outside eating area, outdoor furniture to relax in, and a large yard for playing. The decor upstairs is summer cottage style, with beautiful antique English and Irish Pine casement goods, cozy white cotton slip- covered coaches, craftsman style woodwork, and top of the line oil-rubbed bronze lighting fixtures and ceiling fan. The new study features a built in desk that flexes to a queen bed, ceiling fan, and white painted wood shiplap. The new upstairs bath features high end brass fixtures from England and handmade zellige tiles. Our house comfortable sleeps 8 adults. If needed the flex study space could accommodate an additional 1-2 guests. brbrThe inside of the house has been freshly painted in a soft white. Crisp white sheer curtains sway in the ocean breeze. Throughout the house are heart pine floors. Two sets of french doors lead to a south facing deck with stunning views, plus a large outdoor teak dining set and gas grill. On the lower deck is an outdoor wicker grouping consisting of a sofa, two chairs, and coffee table, porch swing and hammock. A massive umbrella provides shade as you sit surrounded by an abundance of blooming hydrangeas. On the main lawn off the deck is a stone fire pit, perfect for campfires and roasting marshmallows! brbrThe ocean breezes keep you very comfortable, but should you want it, the bedroom level has central air-conditioning and the upstairs great-room can be cooled or heated by an efficient new split system and large ceiling fan. brbrThe pool cabana's kitchenette is equipped with a farm sink, under-counter refrigerator, beverage center, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Windows open to a counter and five bar stools, perfect for serving snacks and drinks poolside. Adjacent to is a shaded brick patio with an outdoor teak round table and a gas grill. In the back of the cabana is a changing room, bathroom, and outdoor shower, all conveniently located by the pool. Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor. Three bedrooms have kings and the other two bedrooms have 3 singles and 6 singles respectively. Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor while the 6 singles bedroom in on the third floor. We have 6 1/2 baths all with heated floors, all marble, invisible drains, all glass enclosed showers, plus an outside shower. Parking in the driveway for two SUV's . We have just completed a three year, total renovation on 13 Union Street with a new foundation, all new framing, windows, kitchen, layout, and hardscaping. The house is completely renovated for 2022. The home is steps to town. The street level has (1 of the 2) laundry areas and a large open spaced game room with a smart TV, full bath and mudroom area. The main level or second floor has a 1/2 bath, eat in kitchen, sub zero fridge, wolf oven, freezer and refrigerator draws, bar area, separate tv/parlor room and mudroom area. There is also a bus at the end of our street for those of you who don't feel like walking or biking! brThe house has 4 bedrooms: 3 queen beds and 2 full size beds. Great for kids but we are not ready for babies! You would have to do your own baby proofing! Happy to help with that! Great house to spend a nice vacation on Nantucket but please, NO PARTIES!
