Large, Renovated Naushop Home, Perfect for 1 or 2 Families!

Amazing stay at Jeremy's beautiful home!!! 10/10! The house was perfect for our large family. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we could need. The Naushop pool, playground and tennis court access was an added bonus. Jeremy was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We are looking forward to renting this house again in the future!

Plenty of space for my family of 7. All beds were very comfortable. Everyone had privacy given the separate bathrooms. We took advantage of the community pool, tennis and pickle ball-all great! Easy access to bike paths; we biked to town, Sconset and Madaket. Can walk or bike to tasty coffee shops and bakery—no long lines at these places. Communication with host is terrific; Jeremy is kind, reasonable and supportive. Would rent again without hesitation.

We enjoyed Jeremy’s lovely, comfortable and spotless vacation home. My family was very happy with our visit to Nantucket. Plenty of bedrooms for all, plenty of beach accessories for both adults and kids. The kitchen was well stocked, beautiful deck and yard and lovely area. We truly enjoyed our visit!

We were a couple with 8 people in total; 4 17-18yr old girls and my 80yr old parents. House was great for entertaining with its open concept kitchen/dining/family room and outside deck with big grill. Neighborhood was so lovely, clubhouse pool with updated facilities. House had all that we needed & more! Dyson blow dryers in every bathroom. We never had an issue. Jeremy was very responsive and accommodating with my requests. We were able to store our luggage since we arrived hours before checkin.

We keep coming back! This home is great for two families plenty of beds. Always clean and easy location to get into town and beaches.

The perfect family stay! We brought my father in law here for his 70th bday and had the best time. Pictures on line do not do the property justice. House was beautiful and completely stocked with everything you need and want. The neighborhood was fantastic and meticulously kept Jeremy was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay!

This was our 6th summer in a row renting this house - we absolutely love it. The layout of the house — with three rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms plus two rooms with twins that share a hall bath - makes it very comfortable for two families with kids. The private deck and manicured back yard are glorious for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids toss a ball in the back yard. The house itself is lovely, and it’s located in a super pretty neighborhood that’s well situated to easily get anywhere on the island. The house is very well maintained and stocked with supplies, and the owner couldn’t be nicer or easier to work with. Our stay is always the highlight of our summer, and we look forward to it all year!

Beautiful home which easily accommodated our 3 generation family. It was clean, well supplied with amenities, shed with all beach needs. The outdoor clubhouse was great! We had an awesome vacation.

This is such a wonderful home. Can fit 2 families and is in a great location to get anywhere on the island.
