Spectacular home, ocean views, prime location, .5mi to beach, bike to town!

This house could not have been more perfect for our family trip to Nantucket! It is a spacious space, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. Love the bunnies in the yard. Close to Sconset, too! Also, the host & hostess are terrific!

Edna was so easy to communicate with, clearly cares about her property (not just an airbb property, but the family property), and very helpful on all fronts. Highly recommend!

Beautiful well maintained property in secluded location. House is very well laid out with master and great living space on top level, 4 bedrooms with two jack and jill baths on entrance level, and another bed and bath on lower level along with a ping pong table and large TV viewing space. Convenient half baths for guests on top two levels. 20 minute walk to beach is secluded and lovely - especially early in the morning when the sun is rising. Easy to relax at home with croquet and evening fire pit. Bikes also available. Ubers aren't cheap but recommended for trips to town given the difficulty of parking. Stop and Shop 10 minutes away along with airport and easily accessible by car.

This two acre property is bordered on all four sides by dense vegetation. The driveway has a couple of curves so the house is not seen from the road. This gave me peace of mind that my grandchildren could play and seek bunnies without my being concerned. The layout of the house with multiple sets of two ample bedrooms joined with a bathroom was perfect for two of my grown children and their families. The house was delivered to us very clean. Everything in the house worked. The road to the house is a dirt road and brings you back to the sea. The beach is not well traveled and provided waves for surfing on some days. Once we saw a seal very close to shore! The garage had many bikes, helmets, surf boards and more. All in great condition. Both Edna and Richard were responsive, welcoming and reasonable. Edna called to help us with an issue. The ping pong table was a big hit on a rainy afternoon. This is a home worth considering. We highly recommend it. P.S. There are fresh herbs in the secluded garden! I

We enjoyed a family vacation (6 adults and 5 children from 10-17 yrs) at this beautiful Nantucket property. It was the perfect size for our group! Edna and Richard were great hosts, and did everything they could to ensure a great experience. Edna was proactive in helping with any questions we had and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. There are lots of extras, including beach towels, bikes for all of us, helmets, beach chairs and toys…even two surf boards! The house was in a great location…near one beach and close to other beaches along the south shore. We also had great recommendations from them on restaurants, fish vendors, etc. I highly recommend this property for a large group of people!

Thanks for a great stay! House absorbed our extended family group well with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Highlights for us included the large yard which was perfect for kids and the proximity to uncrowded beaches. Host was a great communicator, checking in a few times to make sure our stay was going well.

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in, the beach was so private, house was clean, owners respond fast and are so nice. The beach had waves but the house had provided boards, and we had a lot of fun. The house had bikes for every guest and we never got bored staying here. I would definitely recommend this house and would definitely come back again.

Great property

This home is spacious and immaculate. Nicely furnished. Lovely grounds within a short walk to a beautiful beach. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend on your next visit to Nantucket.

Having vacations with family on Nantucket for almost 50 years, renting each time, we recently spent two weeks in the above home. It was our third consecutive year there. It is very well built, adequate for all my family and guests, convenient to a not busy beach, and close to the large Stop and Shop store, the Nantucket Bake Shop, the airport and nearby gas station. The home is well furnished and supplies everything necessary including recreation equipment. The owner is a pleasure to communicate with, and provides comprehensive instructions about the house and recommendations for restaurants, etc. In summary, my family hated to leave, wished their stay was longer, and hopes to return next year.
