May be a bit of construction in portions of the home that are blocked off but your areas are clean and sanitized. I provide sheets, towels, beds and pillows. There is a firepit in back and you're able to gather your own wood from my property. Home has a new refrigerator, new stove/oven, clean bathroom, a microwave, kurig coffee pot, tea pot, dishes and cookware. Its a very unique home on a really cool property only 20 minutes to Red River Gorge and only 7 minutes to Kroger grocery store.
