We ensure you, you will experience the most cozy movie theater moment without leaving the loft. *My ten year old nephew said that he would book a stay just to sleep on this couch*br-We have a smart TV with a Soundbar for maximum volume, in case you decide to move from the couch to the bed.br-We added in 8 and a half foot double doors to the bedroom so that if you do have your kids, a friend, or an extra couple staying with you, you have plenty of privacy during your rest. What makes our house,so special is the unique history of the building. This building was originally the Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant built in 1915– one of the first plants to revolutionize the world we live in today!brThen Reynolds Metal Company took over the factory around 1940 through 1958, hence our rooftop water tower with the giant iconic R on it!brIn 2008, the building was converted into lofts but the visionaries who took over decided to preserve all the industrial characteristics inside the building. When you stay with us, you will see the original brick walls, metal piping, and concrete columns as well as the beautiful windows that let’s in the the golden sunshine in the afternoon just in time for dinner.brGuest accessbrWhen you stay with us, you have full access to our unit. We have a smart lock code on the unit door that is yours and only yours! It will expire when your stay has ended. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.brbrThe Theatre Building is a beautifully renovated Art Deco building listed on the Historical Register located next to the Palace Theater. You will enjoy easy access to all of downtown from our central location for fun or work. The unit has its own dedicated high speed (300MB) wi-fi connection, HDTV w/cable & streaming apps, as well as 1 FREE off-street, hotel garage parking space. There are numerous entertainment, shopping, dining and bourbon tasting options available within a short walk.brbrThis recently developed space is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theater Building on 4th Street in downtown Louisville, immediately south of the central business district. We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door locks at 5:30PM M-F and is always locked on Saturday & Sunday, but an exterior key pad will allow access to the building after hours.brbrThe John Brasch Suite features 2 spacious bedrooms, a master bathroom and full bathroom. The common spaces are well designed with plenty of room for all guests. The sofa converts into an additional bed. The kitchen features stainless appliances and has everything needed to make a meal, minus the food. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay.
