Very clean, great communication from host, good yard space for kids, convenient location

It was a wonderful and pleasant stay! The house was in immaculate condition, everything was clean, labeled, and organized. The hosts were great to work with, communication was fast and easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We are looking forward to booking again for our next vacation

Comfortable home in a great location and neighborhood. Beds were comfortable but rooms were pretty small so there was very little space for your “stuff”. Bathrooms were just okay. Host was great! Good communication and answered our questions immediately.

Very comfortable, great location, well equipped kitchen and wonderful host! We liked the fact that there was a king bed for us (we're tall!) and queens for the others with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Lynn was an amazing host, checking in with us to make sure everything was good and when we had about 4 inches of snow fall they came out to shovel the driveway and walkway. The house was exactly as described and was plenty big enough for six adults. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming through Louisville. A great spot close enough to everything as well.

Our Host Lynn went out of her way to make our stay so easy and flawless. She even left me a brand new hand mixer to make Thanksgiving easier! Her communication was amazing The house was great. Great Stay – Super Clean and Way Bigger Than It Looks! We had an awesome time here. The house was incredibly clean, the furniture was in great shape, and it felt really well cared for. It’s also way more spacious inside than you’d expect from the outside — plenty of room for all six of us.There were tons of towels, and the hot water never ran out, even with six adult guys showering back to back. Everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very good stay. Plenty of things to do and places to go nearby. Had great communication with the host and clean house. We had 1 small situation that the host quickly took care of and was very helpful.

Exactly what we were expecting. We had a great time relaxing there, and it was easy to get to things to see in Louisville.

Quiet area, convenient to everything. Hosts were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were comfortable.

Our group of 5 educators say “thank you” for your clean, safe and well equipped home in a wonderfully located neighborhood. We were able to attend our conference during the day and have a restful place to return to for fellowship and restorative sleep in the evening. The host was attentive to our questions before and during travel as we navigated the city. After our 9 hour drive into Louisville we were also grateful for a neighborhood where we could walk, talk and even dine at a local restaurant around the corner from the home. The house was in a very well kept neighborhood and was conveniently located near major hi ways and thoroughfares. House was neat and clean and the landscaping was maintained. I gave it a 4 star on the first question only because of the stairs. They are a little steep, but it is a home that was probably built in the 60’s. Lynn and Paul were great hosts!

I went to Louisville for a birthday trip and stayed at this lovely house. The place was perfectly clean, and spacious for the 5 of us. The back porch was great to sit out and relax and it was perfectly situated not too far from downtown and the distilleries that we visited while we were in Louisville. I would absolutely stay there again if I make another trip to the area.

Everything was as descrived. The house was comfortable and a joy to sit on the back porch for dinner. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had so much to offer. We look forward to booking again.

This was the perfect location for our visit to Louisville due to the convenient location. The home was very clean and cozy and the mattress were extremely comfortable. The hosts were located on the property and even stopped-by to see if we needed anything. Excellent communication and hassle free check-in and check-out. This place was perfect for our trip to the Bourbon Trail! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood just outside of Louisville, and we loved how peaceful it felt after a day of touring. There’s a great little coffee shop and a grocery store both within walking distance, which made mornings super easy.The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I loved that she had coffee we could use for our first day, we landed close to midnight so it was much appreciated! The hosts were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell they really care about their guests.If you’re visiting the Bourbon Trail or just looking for a relaxing stay near Louisville, KY, I highly recommend this spot. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great. There was space for each kid to have their own room, the neighborhood was nice and the host were great about communicating. The kitchen was stocled with what we needed and the location was close to all the things we wanted to do.

Lovely stay, great house for our group of five. Winter so we couldn’t enjoy the big backyard and deck, but we could all fit around the table for games and plenty of room in the living room for visiting. Lynn was very responsive to any questions.

This was a great property, and we would recommend it to anyone. The only (very small) hiccup was that the neighbor's car was parked in the driveway when we arrived, so we had to contact the homeowners. They were super responsive and took care of it right away. The neighbors were parked there (with permission) to free up space for a plumber. We had no trouble with anything else!The location was very convenient.

Nice, quiet little home in an excellent location. Coffee, Kroger, and Walgreens all right down the street but feels like a neighborhood. About 15 minutes to all the fun downtown (Nutcracker, Louisville Slugger museum). Good communication with the owners who live in the apartment in the garage at the back of the property.

We were attending a wedding in Louisville and this home was perfect for us! The location was great and the house was very clean, comfortable, had the softest towels, comfortable beds- everything was great!

So the 4 us long-term friends stayed here for long golf weekend getaway from STL. Everything was easy to navigate, and they were very easy to communicate with (the owner even gave us recommendations on local restaurants!). The place had everything you’d need, except (oddly) more than one roll of paper towels. Everything else was great.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Great main room tv. Very good AC. Would stay there again.
