And, at around 4,500 sqft, you'll have plenty of room to spread out after spending your time together in the large living and dining areas. brbrbrbrEnjoy the unobstructed views of Lake Pend Oreille from both levels of the home - the upstairs and downstairs both have large covered decks. Outside, you have your own private dock and a gas grill for those family fun BBQ's in the summer. brbrbrbrInside the home, you'll stay cool and comfortable on those hot summer days, thanks to the central air conditioning system. On the main level, you'll find the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as 3 bedrooms - one master suite with a King bed, second bedroom with a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom (office) with a pull-out sofa bed. Downstairs consists of the 4th and 5th bedrooms - 4th bedroom with a King bed and a Twin bed, and the 5th bedroom has a Queen bed. Also downstairs is a family room with TV, piano, and a full-size pool table!brbrbrbr*Note - guests have full use of the dock and waterfront, but the boat lift shown in the photos is not available to use. And, each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.
