Waterfront home w/ dock, hot tub, large lawn, AC

Spacious, beautiful, relaxing, well-appointed. It was the perfect place for me and my grown children to hang out together. We played games on the deck and in the dining room, relaxed by the lake, hiked, biked, cooked, grilled, hung out in the hot tub, played with the dogs, wandered around Sandpoint, enjoyed our time together…

Our family of 6 had plenty of room in this lake house. We loved that it was dog-friendly and we loved the private dock. But the house was directly positioned on a busy road. The noise of traffic and constantly keeping close eye on the kids kept us on edge.

We had a memorable 4 days at Cedars. The home was clean and in a beautiful piece of property. It was a bit further walk to the private dock than I thought it would be but nothing too bad. You could drive right to it with Kayaks (in which there is a really nice new two kayak or paddle board holder) or anything heavy. A great fire pit by the dock too.

Cute and quirky house well stocked and fantastic dock for our boat and swimming and hanging out. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely Fabulous place. Waking up each morning to a serene view with a lush huge lawn and a birds haven. The dock was beautiful they have a firepit, several tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs… water down at the dock. It’s just heaven! The neighbors are wonderful and very accomodating for parking if you need additional space. We loved it all and will def return!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property. The air conditioning went out upstairs, which was a huge bummer because it was very hot! The road noise with the windows open was loud, so we didn't sleep well. There were extra fans in a closet, so that helped some, but still not ideal. The air conditioning was being fixed on our check out day. The hosts live next door and are so kind! We all loved the dock, fire pit, location, and THE EAGLES flying overhead! We will 100% stay here again!

Amazing views! Loved the huge great room area, large kitchen, awesome porch and fabulous dock!! It was a vacation we will have treasured memories of.

The location of this house is very nice. The view from the back yard, across the lake, is quite lovely. The town of sandpoint is a short drive across the bridge.The living room area of the house is large with plenty of comfy couches to lounge. The bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of the house are pretty small. The kitchen and primary bathroom are a quite dated. The kitchen/cooking supplies seemed incomplete. The owners of the house live in another house, next door, on the same property. The owners are very nice, but the property doesn't feel private. When we were spending time in the yard or down by the lake, the owners were in the yard doing yardwork.

We had a wonderful time in Sagle! The house was comfortable and cozy- great for 2 families. The access to the private dock was amazing- especially for the kids, along with the big backyard- played lots of games! We loved the location- close to lots of amenities. The family had a blast!

We had a very fun and relaxing time spent with family and friends the dock is located past the beautiful front yard that overseas the lake. Our pups loved running with all the green landscape. The owners are so cool, we enjoyed talking to them. Definitely will come back!
