The kitchen has a electric range, microwave, toaster oven, trash compactor, houses one of our three refrigerators, breakfast bar table, and a coffee bar with both an option to use either ground coffee or Keurig coffee pods. brLaundry room is also available for use on the main level of the home.brbr**OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE**brOutdoor space is abundant and all provide outstanding views of Hayden Lake. Main level deck from the living room with several Adirondack lounge chairs is a perfect location to watch the sunset. brOff the kitchen, is our outdoor eating area with a gas grill along with an outdoor griddle and plenty of seating. The primary suite features a king bed, and the other two bedrooms in the loft each have two queen beds. For a total of 6 beds. br3.5 bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, ensuring ample space for everyone to get ready in comfort.brbrPrivate dock + lake access: Enjoy direct access to Hayden Lake for boating, swimming, and fishing. Please note, the dock is located across the street from the house and requires 10 steps down to the stationary dock, and then a ramp down to the floating dock. The stationary dock has barstools and a bar top for eating, and additional seating. Two boat slips are available, and 2 kayaks + 1 paddleboard are included for your enjoyment. For those of us who hate cold water, you can swim in the lake without a wet suit throughout the summer months. brbrBoats are available for rental at Hayden Marina on the lake. There are two public boat launch ramps. Watch for our resident eagle, lots of osprey and geese. Our location is famous for getting the last light at the end of the day. brbrThe private dock with covered boat slip has great swimming, fishing, floating and boating. Most of the summer, we have a super beach that creates a protected place for family swimming and water fun. brbrThis is a cozy family home, to which we are making regular updates. For the summer of 2026, that includes new couches in the main cabin, new carpet and an Amazon Fire TV so you can enjoy whatever streaming services you subscribe to. Games and puzzles galore, plus lawn games like volleyball, badminton, cornhole, and a basketball hoop. brbrWe have an unusual big, lush lawn with a bathhouse and two glamping tents. There is also a loft above the living room, with a single bed, toys, a kids' desk and puzzles and toys. This space is popular with kids. The loft and the stairs accessing it have cable railing for safety. brbrThe upstairs bathroom has one sink, one toilet and a shower/bathtub combo. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks and a toilet & shower room, separated by a sliding door. brbrBoth floors of the main cabin have spacious decks overlooking the lake. The top deck has a picnic table on one end and round cocktail/snack table for group gatherings during quiet mornings or beautiful twilights. We also love the Kootenai County Farmers Market Saturday mornings in Hayden. This home is NOT on the lake road - very private and QUIET, not a car to be heard except for in the driveway. LARGE .75-Acre Grassy, Landscaped Lot. If peace, quiet and fun is what you are after, you will love it here! Bring your boat/s and water toys, and have a blast! Or simply come swim, fish and relax on the beach, lounge on the huge deck or the dock for a relaxing vacation. 2 Kayaks, Misc. floats and plenty of Beach Towels will be provided. This is just north of Henry's Point and a wonderful spot on the lake for water skiing and inter-tubing, as the water doesn't tend to be as wild as more to the south on the lake. In the Fall/Winter, great snow skiing is an hour drive to Schweitzer Mountain or 1:20 to Silver Mountain. Our newly renovated lodging conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms for 2 and a loft bedroom accessed by stair that sleeps 3. brbr RV parking available with the rental and 50 amp power for a nightly fee.brbrAccess to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back.brbrWe live on a lovely 5 acres in north Hayden. There are 7 fruit trees (apple, plum, cherry) near the apartment you may snack on if they are in season during your visit. A road goes down our wooded hillside in the back, to a large open and flat meadow where deer or turkey are often seen. This area is open for you to explore and walk. A stone fire pit is also in the meadow.brbrThe apartment is fully furnished and contains a kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The gravel driveway is for guest use during the stay. Parking is to the west by the white entrance door, on the side of the building.brbrWe are about 10 minutes from Silverwood theme park, and 10 from triple play family fun park. The lodging is next to our home, on our 5 acre property. Guest access and parking is on the west side of the apartment where the main door is located. (not the red door)

The huge master suite includes a king bed, flat screen tv, and separate sitting area with two cozy white chairs. The master bedroom offers plenty of closet space with a huge walk in closet connected to the master bathroom. This large master bathroom is set up for the ultimate relaxing experience. The center of the master bath features a large whirlpool spa tub in between two separate vanities with sinks. You will be greeted by wonderful natural light that beams in from the skylights above.
