Stainless steel appliances, Italian professional style gas range and oven, Keurig single serve and pot style coffee maker, bakeware, cooking and grilling utensils, crockpot, blender, handmixer, knife set, plenty of dishware, and plastic cups for the dock. Propane grill on the entry deck.
-Living area: Lounge couch and Love Sac (“The Big One” of course), 65in Smart TV
-Dining area: seating for 8
-One half bath
-Master suite: King bed, built in dresser and closet cabinets, dimming lights, reading lamps, single bathroom vanity with a tub and shower combo
-Open deck: Sectional couch and a dining table with seating for 6 and an umbrella, accessed through floor to ceiling french doors in the living room

–A M E N I T I E S–

| LAKE ACCESS|: Utilize the private dock with a single boat slip Boat rentals are available locally as well as lessons for wakeboarding and wake surfing if you’re looking to expand your water sports skills. Two kayaks, three paddle boards, and goggles and snorkels, and assorted float toys are provided. Beach towels are provided for use outside.

| WIFI I : Streaming via personal accounts is available on the tv’s utilizing the high speed wifi. Work friendly for those keeping tabs while they are away. It is also the most reliable source of network for communications as there is limited cell service from all main providers but WIFI calling is reliable.

| AIR CONDITIONING I : In wall units on the top floor provide cool airflow throughout the house to keep you comfortable during summer stays.

|DOG FRIENDLY| A dog bowl, bags, and a designated outside trash can are provided for your convenience. We have also provided designated doggy towels to dry furry friends before coming back inside.

|PARKING| Space for 2-3 Cars on site. Trailer parking available with prior arrangements

-Access requires stairs and may be unsuitable to those with limited mobility.
-Optimal sleeping arrangements account for 8 guests in beds but additional guests may sleep on the main level reading nook couch, living room couch, and living room Love Sac, for a total of 12 guests maximum.
-While we are happy to host your pup(s), please note that there is not a fence enclosing the property.
