We looked for years for this wonderful lake and house!!brbrOur lake front family home sits at the end of a quiet bay near Sunset Beach, known for its great fishing. Situated on the east side of Hayden Lake, our home is far enough away from town to feel rural and secluded yet close enough to Hayden and Coeur d’ Alene for convenient shopping for supplies at a variety of stores like Costco, Albertsons, or Wal-Mart.brbrThe gentle slope from home down to the beach with west facing exposure means long summer days in the sun enjoying all the outdoor amenities our home has to offer including – private beach and boat dock, three kayaks, paddleboat, corn hole game, numerous inner tubes, beach chairs, outdoor fire pit, barbecue, picnic table, and outdoor shower.brbrYoung children especially like playing down by the beach in our full-size dollhouse/clubhouse with two bunk beds inside.brbrWe love lingering over evening meals on the expansive porch overlooking the lake and sunset beyond.brbrInside amenities include Jacuzzi tub, Internet service, two TVs, DVD player, VHS player, ping-pong table, board games, and a large collection of books and puzzles.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel oven, microwave, two refrigerators, toaster, coffee maker, and Kitchen Aid mixer.brbrSleeping accommodations have flexibility with space for 8 -10 people. The master bedroom is on the entry-level with a king size bed and adjoining bathroom. Also on the entry-level is a den/office with desk, printer and scanner and pull out futon queen size bed. brbrThe lower level of the house has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. The very large utility room is furnished with a trundle bed, additional futon, and washer and dryer. The downstairs den has a queen size pull out sleeper couch. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks and a tub shower. Just outside is an outdoor shower built at the forest edge.brbrHayden Lake, with 40 miles of shoreline is free of crowds and has plenty of coves and inlets making it a great lake for waterskiing, jet skiing, sailing and fishing. It is shallow enough to be warm in the summer. For those of us who hate cold water, you can swim in the lake without a wet suit throughout the summer months. brbrBoats are available for rental at Hayden Marina on the lake. There are two public boat launch ramps. The property boundaries are clearly marked by fencing on all sides.brbrThe house sleeps 9 on beds, and the apartment sleeps an additional 7 on beds. Further guests may sleep on inflatables or on couches. Dining accommodations seat 14 between an 8 person dining table, 4 person breakfast table, and 2 seat bar area, with room to add additional folding chairs to the dining table if needed. Take a break from the local attractions to a slower pace and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or socialize by the comfortable fire pit area. enjoy provided board games, movies, play structures and garden, or arcade and games such as foosball, air hockey, and indoor basketball.brbrGuests can enjoy the quiet while being only 10 minutes from downtown Hayden, Triple Play, or Silverwood Amusement Park, and 20 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. The kitchen has a microwave, oven and stove top, cookie sheet, muffin tin, mixing bowls, measuring cups ect. Oven fits a large 14 pizza. The washer and dryer can be used but detergent is not provided. The Roku TV is capable of logging into your streaming services. The road is a quiet country road that makes for a great walk. For the summer of 2026, that includes new couches in the main cabin, new carpet and an Amazon Fire TV so you can enjoy whatever streaming services you subscribe to. No Tram needed to get to water - right out your back yard across the grass down easy graceful steps. This is a very desirable area of the lake. This home is NOT on the lake road - very private and QUIET, not a car to be heard except for in the driveway. LARGE .75-Acre Grassy, Landscaped Lot. If peace, quiet and fun is what you are after, you will love it here! Bring your boat/s and water toys, and have a blast! Or simply come swim, fish and relax on the beach, lounge on the huge deck or the dock for a relaxing vacation. 2 Kayaks, Misc. floats and plenty of Beach Towels will be provided. This is just north of Henry's Point and a wonderful spot on the lake for water skiing and inter-tubing, as the water doesn't tend to be as wild as more to the south on the lake. In the Fall/Winter, great snow skiing is an hour drive to Schweitzer Mountain or 1:20 to Silver Mountain. There is plenty of sledding and other snow/winter activity around in Hayden as well.brbrROOM FOR EVERYONE: Sleeps up to 17! 7 Bedrooms, including a 6-bed Bunk Room. This house holds many people so well. We had 16 at Christmas when it was snowy and no lake activity available, so we remained inside for the most part, and we had excess room and plenty of space. There are 2 TV( 50 & 60: flat screens) areas/Family Rooms, each with a cozy Gas Fireplace(for winter stays). The 2 dining rooms accommodate 16 as-is, and the main dining table can be expanded if desired(see pictures). There are 2 refrigerators(1 in Kitchen & 1 in Garage) and a good-sized pantry for plenty of food storage. Great Buffet, and all things needed to prepare food for large groups in the kitchen are provided. Plenty of Parking: A 3-Car Garage & 2 Parking Pads. brbrHOUSE SUMMARY: Newer with crisp paint - Walls of Windows provide VIEWS from much of the house - Large VIEW Deck with a propane BBQ. Our newly renovated lodging conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms for 2 and a loft bedroom accessed by stair that sleeps 3. brbr RV parking available with the rental and 50 amp power for a nightly fee.brbrAccess to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back.brbrWe live on a lovely 5 acres in north Hayden. There are 7 fruit trees (apple, plum, cherry) near the apartment you may snack on if they are in season during your visit. A road goes down our wooded hillside in the back, to a large open and flat meadow where deer or turkey are often seen. This area is open for you to explore and walk. A stone fire pit is also in the meadow.brbrThe apartment is fully furnished and contains a kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The gravel driveway is for guest use during the stay. Parking is to the west by the white entrance door, on the side of the building.brbrWe are about 10 minutes from Silverwood theme park, and 10 from triple play family fun park. The lodging is next to our home, on our 5 acre property. Guest access and parking is on the west side of the apartment where the main door is located. (not the red door)
