Going forward you will need to use the described stairs to unload and load. Lots of character but some issues such as the bathroom sink drains slowly, and the water pressure in the shower isn't the best. Perfect for families looking to enjoy Lake CDA!

This spacious indoor & outdoor living filling the space with light and natural air. It's a great gathering space for cocktails & snacks as you cast your eyes upon the vast expanse of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Don't miss the colorful sunsets each night and stargazing while keeping cozy under the heat lamp. The Kitchen is a hub for gathering and planning the day's events. brbrThe lake shore beach has a large fire pit with seating and has (2) flanking tiered decks to lounge about in the shade or bask in the sun. A cozy Cabana provides a good place to nap while listening to the lapping waves or grab a cold beverage and get changed in privacy. The floating dock safely harbors your watercraft and is the jumping off point to all your leisure adventures. brbrThe open upper loft houses 2 semi-separate bedrooms with views of the lake & forest and a shared full bath. One side of the loft has 2 queen beds & 1 single bed in a shared space. The other side has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and closet. The Master bedroom is on the main level with a full suite bathroom & laundry.brbrThere is full garage attached to house and the driveway is shared with our neighbors. The driveway has a 35-degree descent from the road. There is also parking available off the main road.
