The entertainment room is loads of fun with a home theater, arcade basketball, Pac-Man (with lots of other arcade games), foosball, board games, and a popcorn machine! The yard has a hot tub for 5, a gas BBQ, a separate fully fenced dog run, fire pit, and yard games! You will never be bored while staying at the Blue Gable!brbrSafety is also a concern. The Blue Gable has smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as a fire escape ladder on the upper floor. The home is well lit with windows providing natural light and boasts tall ceilings to make it feel even more open.brThe house is open and spacious with lots of windows to welcome to beautiful sunshine. brThere are many conveniences nearby, such as Riverstone Park, which is only a couple handred yards away. It is next to the Centennial Bike Trail and two miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene. Has a luggage stand.brbrbr* Downstairs - Great Room & Game Room *brThe Great room and Game Room are a big entertainment space to make some good memories in, it has the biggest sofa we could buy, a large 75 Roku TV, a 117 long SHUFFLE BOARD, a foosball table, an air hockey table, 2 kid dart boards, a indoor cornhole board, puzzles, giant jenga, kid toys, family board and card games.brbr* Downstairs - Kitchenette/Wet Bar *brThis space offers more entertainment, with a giant dining room table to utilize for eating, playing board or family games, and or just enjoying a nice glass of wine with your friends and family. The Wet Bar has a good size wine fridge which we generally leave a bottle or two behind in, it also has a mini fridge for your refreshments of choice. The bar has just about every glass of choice, from whiskey glasses to margaritas glasses needed depending on the function or drink of choice.brbr* Downstairs - Bedrooms *brThe bedroom with the Full bed is cute and cozy, this room probably gets the best lighting out of any of the other bedrooms in house. No TV yet but one to come. Has a luggage stand.brbrThe BUNK ROOM is made up of 3 Fulls and 1 Twin bed. One bunk bed is a full over full and the other is a twin over full. This is a great space to stick the kiddos or teenagers in so the adults can utilize all the other nice bedrooms in the home. :) With that said, we invested in nice mattress so the Full Beds are definitely great for an adult as well.

The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all walking distance from your doorstep. Just a couple of miles away is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. Guests have full access to the detached garage where bicycles and ping pong table are stored. brbrINDOOR LIVING SPACEbrThe inviting kitchen, spacious and well-stocked, has every amenity imaginable from top-of-the-line stainless appliances and gorgeous granite countertops to solid cookware and dishes needed to whip up a special meal to share with your guests. Social or corporate gatherings, retreats, etc. are not permitted in this home. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! There is never to be large gatherings that exceed the max 10-person occupancy.
