The property is very pet friendly our dog feels at home there, now we keep comming back. The house works perfectly for us as well. The kitchen has evertthing we have needed and I cook there often. The beds are very comfortable. The host is so kind and responsive for any needs. It has been our sanctuary cozy and warm in winter. We look forward to staying again.

It was great we loved the house and mary our host was amazing. Had the house warm and ready even though we arrived at midnight. She also left as farm fresh eggs. Very comfortable and spacious. Also our small dog had a great backyard to run around in

We are all very happy there. Weve stayed a few times over the last couple years. All season the house is cozy. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Our dog loves the big grassy back yard. Beds are comfortable. The hosts are fantastic to work with.will be staying again soon!

This was such a wonderful stay for me and my adult kids and dogs while we trekked around Coeur D'Alene and surrounding area. We really enjoyed the backyard - so serene, smelled of lavender, and perfect for my dogs. The house was very clean. The host, Mary, answered any questions or comments right away. We felt the location of the home was just fine. Close enough to stores and downtown. The hot tub was enjoyed by us all. We also enjoyed the firepit! The kitchen had everything we needed. Mary was kind enough to mail my stainless K-cup I left in the coffee machine. I really appreciated her commitment to service! We would definitely stay here again when returning to the area. The house was clean. It has a nice layout - plenty of room for just the two of us. Between the bedrooms and the living room, four or five could be comfortable. The hot tub (the really important feature) was clean and well-kept. The back yard has lots of space with lots of seating: three tables with chairs. When booking the house, I had informed the hosts that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. They left cupcakes and a birthday card. Nice touch. Much appreciated. I recommend it.

Truly a Sanctuary! A Peaceful home supplied with everything you need for a comfortable retreat. We loved the pet-friendly garden with tables, chairs, barbecue and great jacuzzi. Mary, the host was easily accessible and responsive. Highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in CDA. This property was clean. Had everything we needed and they replied quickly when we had questions.

We felt right at home. It was well supplied with everything that could be possibly be needed. The back yard was relaxing and an important part of the property. It fit our needs perfectly. Everyone was very happy here.

This is my favorite place to stay in Coeur d'Alene. I have stayed here twice and will definately stay again when I am in this area.Very peaceful, relaxing and clean.The personal note and gourmet candy from the host upon arrival is a gracious and welcoming gesture. Perfect spot for our visit to Cour de Lene. Short drive to the lake. The house was private, clean and well outfitted. The back yard and hot tub were a great way to end the day.

The house was clean upon arrival, but definitely has an older house smell. The beds are comfortable, but felt small. I'm guessing they're fulls not queens and I might have just missed that in the listing. Mary does a nice job keeping it tidy and welcoming. We didn't spend much time at the house as we were only in town for a quick one-night stay, however it had all the basic needs. A personal welcome note, candy dish, and fresh flowers left on the counter were a lovely and very thoughtful touch. We've stayed in many rentals, varying from really nice, brand new to straight-up scary. This one lands in the middle. Quiet neighborhood, close to amenities.

Stayed at this wonderful property in September. Very comfortable home, bed was great. Yard and home worked great for our Dog and our family. Had everything needed. I cooked in several days. Have stayed here in the past and will return again if available. Owner is awsome to deal with

This property is centrally located and was perfect for our needs. We brought our dog and he loved the fenced in backyard! Hostess was amazing and made our stay very easy! Thank you Mary for a wonderful place to stay!

We were extremely happy at The Sanctuary. The house was well appointed, very clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Mary left a binder with easy instructions explaining wifi, hot tub, etc. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Unfortunately the front yard was all bark and was not usable. The fireplace was covered with cardboard because it was broken. 2 of the kids got a rash from the hot tub. The rest of the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner did tell us after checking in about the yard and fireplace but that felt dishonest that that wasn’t disclosed beforehand or there wasn’t a price adjustment once we couldn’t use those things. Overall the place worked well and the back yard was nice

We stayed five days while going to Silverwood and were very happy with our stay here. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and I greatly appreciated that. Mary sure knows what she's doing! Thanks Mary!

Everything was very comfortable and clean. The backyard was so peaceful. We had a wonderful vacation!

We’ve stayed at a fair number of VRBOs over the years and once in a while you just get that feeling that the host genuinely cares and is a wonderful person; this is one of those! The place was VERY clean and organized and there was a personalized welcome note and fresh flowers cut from the yard. Everything was thought out & layed out in the house.

The house needs just a little updating but was extremely clean and everything was in good repair. The wall air conditioning unit was able to adequately cool the house during our hottest (100+ degrees) days. The backyard was wonderful and great for entertaining visitors. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do.

This is a fantastic property! Mary was very easy to communicate with and so kind. We were traveling during the Olympics, and the smart tv was already loaded with apps for us to log into and watch the Olympics easily. The checkin was easy and the beds were very comfortable.
