It is stocked with essential amenities, plus complimentery fast fiber wifi, and two cruiser bikes. The Cottage is a 2 bedroom/1 bath property. That larger property is advertised on Airbnb as the Boise Whitewater Grande Villa and features some of the same pictures of the Villa, but with different pricing.brbrThe driveway is reserved for the Villa. Cottage guests can use it to unpack their belongings on arrival if unoccupied but are then requested to immediately move their vehicles to the free and unrestricted street parking, located right in front of the property. Please do not park in front of the yellow house next door.brbrCottage guests are advised to keep their pantry door closed on other side of the pass though door so noise doesn't carry through to the guests in the Villa.brbrWe are a quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise are grounds for your reservation to be terminated without a refund.brbrWe use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. No video recordings are taken. We have a ring doorbell on the front doors. If you have any questions, please ask.
