We loved the house and world definitely stay again. Close to downtown and the river, plus there's a coffee shop just down the street!

Exactly as advertised. Awesome location. Boise downtown and river walk was super close. The home was large, clean, warm, and inviting.Living and bed rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch.Communication with the host was great. Next time we're in Boise we wont have to search for accommodations. We'd stay here agaim for sure. Very comfortable and conveniently located!

We had a good stay, was quite disappointed that the backyard is not a beautiful oasis like in the pictures and it is shared. We wanted to hang there for the evening but the grass is all dead and the porch is not kept up at all. The house is nice, but overall feels like they furnished with the cheapest furniture possible. What earns it a 4 start is the location - loved being able to walk to the lake/river.

Great place to stay. Big beautiful, wide open kitchen and connected living room. The bedrooms are the biggest I've ever seen. Was very easy to communicate with the property manager. Ten minutes to downtown and all the restaurants. We will be back

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this location for a family getaway.

Great location close to everything. Clean.But the flooring in most rooms was an outside-type tile which was gorgeous in appearance but a little rough on bare feet. Next time we each will bring a pair of easy slip-on shoes or slippers.

This was a great spot and worked well for our needs. The heating/cooling is a little temperamental and the lighting is a little funny (no lighting over dining room table and bathroom lighting isn’t great) - but overall it was clean and nicely decorated and stocked. And two-ply toilet paper. Win!

We enjoyed this place so much. It was just right and the location was perfect for walking downtown.

Liked that it was easy to get to downtown restaurants as well as hikes in the foothills. We could walk to the waterfront. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in the house.

While the host was great, the property failed to meet our expectations based on the photos we saw online. Overall the inside was pretty clean but there were some things that needed attention, especially in the bathrooms. The outside, which was a draw for our booking was not anything like expected. We never even went outside because it was so sandy and unkept. While the host explained that there was a sprinkler issue and later added it was a communication problem w the landscaping company, it took away from our stay. Overall, I would rate this a four but I would also ensure you check w the host to see if there are any issues before booking.

It was a perfect house for 4 ladies. We had plenty of room and the house was extremely comfortable. Easy access to all the things. Short drive or Uber away from downtown and extremely close to the green belt!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property during my visit to Boise. My daughter is a student at BSU and it was her 21st birthday. I brought my mother to join in the celebration. When I say we both woke up after the first night and raved about how insanely comfortable the beds were, I would not be exaggerating. Besides that, the house is beautifully decorated with lots of cute details. It’s an older house but the mix of old and modern was perfect and cozy. My mother was bummed the day we had to leave. It is also super close to the water, which was nice on the 100 degree + days. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was comfortable and convenient to many things in Boise. Kitchen was clean and adequately stocked with items for cooking. Living room was pleasant to be in. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. They provided a port-a-crib for my infant which was nice. Overall decor was simple and refreshing. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
