Stayed Sep 5, 2025Loved the house and the game room was so fun! We had Ms Pac-man competitions and it was a fantastic place for a work retreat. Really pleased overall, only issue was the listing indicated there were two queens or two kings for the bedrooms but there were only one which could have been problematic for a work retreat! I think it is just an error in having a plural in the bedroom descriptions. We all loved the place though! Definitely recommend.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024very well managed with emphasis on guest comfort and convenience. House was fully furnished with all we needed. All we provided was food. We had my daughter and a few of her friends go away for her bday. Very comfortable beds, everyone slept well, and AC was keeping the house cool during hot summer days. lots of deer roaming around the neighborhood. Secluded spot, but close to stores if you need something (like 5-6 miles away)

Stayed May 31, 2024This was our second time at Lake Arrowhead Lake. It is a beautiful clean lake. House was great had everything we needed and then some from games to kitchen and grilling utensils. Couldn’t be more happy with it! We will be back.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Arrowhead. There was so much to do! We loved the amenities at the house as well as the trails and parks in Lake Arrowhead. Everyone said they would come back and stay again!

Stayed May 12, 2023We were in town for a wedding and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Epic Cove! The house was amazing- plenty of room, nicely furnished and an awesome backyard! First time on a peddle boat! We had a great time along with seeing all of the adorable wildlife!
