The episode covers the story on my search for the perfect beachfront/oceanfront property and I invite you to come stay in my perfect piece of paradise--Flip Flop Paradise.brbrThe sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean surround you in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. You can watch the dolphins play just a couple hundred yards away, take in the enormous cargo ships as they glide the edge of the horizon, watch the shrimp boats catch tonight's dinner and smell the sweet saltwater air all from the comfort of your own private balcony and from both the living room and the master bedroom in this condo. Enjoy these scenes from a cozy sofa or queen bed with a handmade Tybee Island driftwood headboard, while dozing off for an afternoon nap after a morning stroll along the sandy shores. There are stairs to the 3rd floor and no elevator is available, but I feel the climb is worth the view. brbrIn past years, I have rented condos at Tybee for my family, and I was often disappointed in the presentation and the bare minimum preparation. I have gone to great efforts to make my condo exceed your expectations regarding supplies and items throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans and accessories you would need to prepare a Sunday meal or brew a quick pitcher of iced tea to sit on the porch and enjoy sipping throughout the afternoon. I am a big crockpot lover, when I’m visiting the beach. It’s so easy to throw something in the crockpot before heading out to catch some rays and when you return – lunch is ready! There is a large crockpot available for your use. Watch the dolphins play, see the fish jumping or peek in on the kite boarders that frequently entertain us with their presence. brbrThe bath linens are of exceptional quality, soft and comfy. I have left plenty of bedding for your convenience and there is a pull-out sofa in case you bring more friends. brbrI really believe it is the small touches that make someone feel welcome and relaxed. My goal in decorating this condo was to create an environment that is conducive of a relaxing beach vacation. A true home away from home feeling that will keep you coming back for more. brbrThe community is private with gated entrance and offers 2 pools and a kiddie pool. There is also a small area with swings for the children. BBQ grills outside the pool area and tennis courts across the street as well. brbrI invite others to share in my enjoyment of the Atlantic Ocean and hope that their vacation at Tybee Island, Georgia will leave lasting footprints in their lives for years to come. I love this condo and I take pride in my little piece of paradise and would ask that everyone do the same and treat it as your own home. Most importantly, take a deep breath and relax you will soon be on vacation!

4 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths, Comfortably Sleeps 10. brSunset Villa is the name of this property, it is a beautiful custom built southern style home in the quiet residential North end of Tybee Island available for rent by family groups or responsible adults over the age of 25 years old. brWe just brought on line at the end of May of 2023, a 16 x 50' HUGE private swimming pool with 8 swim up bar seats. (This pool is the largest pool on the island, larger than hotels and condo pools!!! You are not sharing a small pool with100+ homes on the other end of the island either!) When you rent this property, you are the only one who has access to this pool - this pool is private to you! This pool is 9' on the deep end, 3' on the shallow end with a 4' deep swim lane on the opposite side of the bar seats. Two 75 TVs at the bar. The pool has optional propane gas pool heater available that can heat this large pool up 1.5 deg F/hr. Guest pay for amount used, $500 Deposit if heat desired. Connecting to the pool is a game room with another 75 TV, beautiful walnut table, tiled room - 4 arcade games on free play including two fast and furious race car games to race against each other. In front of the game room is parking for two additional cars and a EV charge station.brbrSunset Villa joins its sibling homes behind it, Villa Palms and Villa Charm as a vacation rental available Memorial Day 2023. This home has 4 large bedrooms each with their own en-suite full bath and another 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. This home is pet friendly and the Savannah River side beach access is just 300’ away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year. The front door has a keypad entry programmed specifically for your use. Since this is a water view home, the kitchen, dining area and open living room are on the third floor. The living area is open and is a large space. The living area includes a large 75” flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa. There is an elevator to help with luggage and taking groceries to the top main living floor. Outside this 3rd floor living space area is a deck with dining table, rocking chairs for sitting outside and a spiral staircase to a roof top height deck with custom built adirondack chairs for even nicer views of the mouth of the Savannah River as it opens up to the ocean where you can see ocean liner tankers and shrimp boats pass by. brbrThe kitchen includes an oven, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table seats 8 and 5 additional seats at the kitchen island preparation area. One bedroom with a king size bed is on the third floor with its own en-suite bathroom with new walk in shower (all 4 bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms). The second floor of this home includes the other three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, private balcony, 55 flat screen TV, large en-suite bathroom with claw foot tub, separate walk in shower, his and her sinks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with its new walk in shower. brThe forth bedroom is set up as a kids room with two sets of twin over full bunk beds for a total of 4 beds in this room and has its on en-suite bathroom too with a tub shower. The laundry room with washer and dryer are in the hallway of this 2nd floor too.brbrEach of the top/3rd floor and second floor have separate air conditioning units and programmable thermostats.brbrThe first floor is enclosed entry into the home and a very large garage that can park a full size truck very easily plus more. There is additional room to park 2+ off street vehicles in the driveway. brbrAll guests are met (from a distance is fine) to confirm the home is as you expect. The original vaulted ceilings and heart pine floors give the home character, where the open kitchen with imported Italian Carrara marble counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances give it functionality. Amenities include a 50 HD Smart TV with cable and wifi connectivity and an in-unit washer and dryer.brbrThere is a master suite with King bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 full beds and a twin daybed, and a queen bedroom. All beds are outfitted with crisp white linens. brbrThe bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower, and a full laundry center. The bathroom is supplied with bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, and laundry essentials.brbrThe generous kitchen has full sized appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The coffee maker is a standard 12-cup drip-style coffee maker. We supply cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware, drinkware (including coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses), pots and pans, cooking sheets, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels and trash bags. We also supply salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee, sugars, and powdered creamer. brbrThe backyard is great for relaxing on the patio to enjoy a nice summer breeze. The property is a few short steps from Jaycee Park that has playgrounds, ball fields and is a part of Tybee's bike path network. The beach itself is a 4-6 minute walk away where there are remodeled public changing areas, showers and restrooms. Not to mention, North Beach Bar and Grill and the lighthouse are just next to the beach.brbrThere are two parking spaces for guests located on the side of the house next to the fenced-in yard.brbrThe shared pool is a 30 second walk to The Barracks. brPool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round.
