Stunning Home w/ Boardwalk to Beach + Views of Ocean by Tybee Cottages

Everything was perfect, the bath at the back of the house on the left had some water damage and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush but everything else was wonderful.

Elegant property with lots of space. The bedding and beds were so comfortable! And the house amenities were perfect for our family! Short walk to the quiet beach (mid-September) and we enjoyed all the restaurants on the Main Street. We easily drove to Savannah a couple of times for shopping and a tour. We love Tybee!

Incredible property and experience for our family. Layout was perfect for our group. Teens loved the lower level and plenty of space for everyone. All games worked perfectly and in great shape. Comfy beds, nice water pressure in the showers and wonderfully equipped kitchen. Nice quality and quantity of dishes, cookware and utensils, including grilling spatulas. (no discount supplies here) Very nice area to clean up after being on the beach as well. The living room furniture was wonderful for visiting and relaxing, but sits very low. While comfy, some legs on the sofa would have made getting up a bit easier. The only hiccup we encountered was no garage door access, but the property management had a new remote delivered within 24 hours. Parking for four vehicles was a great plus since this is typically hard to come by at the beach. Beach access is directly across the street. Involves a hilly boardwalk and a short walk through the dunes to reach the beach; very handy but prepare for the sand portion of the walk. Quiet and well maintained neighborhood with friendly residents. Everyone also enjoyed watching the turtles in little pond next to the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and management team!

Great property! Everything was clean and first rate!

We enjoyed our stay here, total of 5 of us.Each bedroom was used, and all beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided as well. Great location to the beach area, short walk. Nice quiet neighborhood. We only cooked one day in, but had all pans and dishes needed. Only thing we wished they had were beach chairs accessible to use, as we spent a lot of time on the beach. Weather was beautiful!

The house was beautiful—super clean, stylish, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our group included a few short-term rental owners and managers, and everyone was impressed with how well it was set up.The living space was perfect for hanging out, with plenty of comfy seating and big sliding doors that brought the outside in. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and rental spots for bikes and golf carts.The host was great with communication and very accommodating, especially when it came to storing our luggage.A few things to note for future guests: getting an Uber or Lyft off the island (like back to the airport) can be tricky, so it’s best to schedule one in advance. The house only had two bikes, which felt a little limited for a place that sleeps 10—definitely something to plan around. There weren’t any beach chairs available either, and while the decks are cute, they’re on the smaller side. We ended up opening the big sliding doors and using the living room as our main hangout spot, which actually worked out perfectly.Bonus: they offer great off-season rates, so it’s definitely worth considering if you’re planning a trip outside of peak summer months. We’d absolutely stay here again—with a few extras packed next time!

It was very well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and even a small box of laundry detergent. The downstairs game room was great for the boys while the adults lounged upstairs on the comfy couch. The beds were very comfortable too which was a huge plus. The walk to the beach was steps from the front door and just across the street. There was an issue with the internet, but the property management company was quick to get it resolved. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to book again for next year!

This was a great place for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was great! The house had everything we needed plus a game room. We loved the pinball machine! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time with our party of 8 adults. We were very comfortable and had a ton of space to spread about be it playing games or having a meal. We felt very welcomed and the communication, instructions, and overall experience were perfect. We’d gladly return. We wish we’d had more time to enjoy but hope to visit again in the future. Our friend’s birthday celebration was a success and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The home was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice, beach access right across from the house. Great for large family. Restaurants and small grocery store nearby.
