The 5 bedrooms include 3 king, 2 queen, and a bunk bed located on both the top and bottom stories. We also have three full bathrooms, with the master bathroom including double sinks, shower, and tub. There is a queen air mattresses available to provide extra sleeping space. Direct porch access to view the sun as is comes up and goes down over the water is available from almost every room. brThe view is breathtaking! Our rooms are equip with its own cable and Bluray player, and for an indoor day, there is a selection of board games. brOur home is just as beautiful outside as it is inside. Deep water access and 400 feet of sea wall surrounding are just a few of the benefits to our lake life! Our home is locally known for some of the best fishing around and is marked as popular sites on several fishing maps. The dock has area to lounge under the sun or in the shade with a picnic table. There is a community boat ramp within just a few miles of the property and is available for guest usage. We have a fire pit made perfect for creating your own s'more recipe and a hammock for mid afternoon naps. With only a 30 minute drive to Milledgeville, an evening movie, dinner and night on the town is easy to do. brWe are family owned and operated and started opening up our home for other families to enjoy in 2015. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Master bedroom has king bed, bedroom (2) has a queen bed and bedroom (3) has two twin extra long beds. All bedrooms have televisions. We also have a queen size air mattress available. The kitchen has all new appliances and laundry room has new washer and dryer. On the outside raised deck, facing the lake, we have a gas grill and a blackstone grill provided. We have several big pots for your fish fry , low country boil, or boiling peanuts. Down at the boathouse we installed a sink to make it easier to clean your fish after a long day on the lake. You will need to bring your own fishing equipment and bait. Also bring a few folding chairs for the dock. We can’t leave them out for you because of the wind. We provide everything else to make your stay as fun as possible. BUT, I must stress to you, please bring groceries, snacks, drinks or anything else you are planning on using with you as you check in. We are isolated from stores, really isolated. We have two spots around here and I provided pictures of both of them. Coops, about 15 miles from us, is a country store with a little bit of everything, including breakfast and lunch. We also have, Anslies, Country Store, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner until 7 p.m. They also have Hunt’s Pizza and Wings which is one of our favorites. Beware, prices are a little higher. The nearest Dollar General on Hwy 22, is about 30 minutes away. It’s 20 miles from our driveway to Lowes in Milledgeville but it will take you about 40 minutes to drive it. If you go by boat it takes about 15 minutes to get to Marina on Hwy 441. The nearest boat Landing is Cosby’s Landing Boat Launch, 475 Ramp Road, Sparta, GA 31087. It’s located off Carr Station Road which is en-route to our place. brbrWe feel our place is the perfect place to make wonderful memories with your family and friends! brbrLIFE IS BETTER AT THE LAKE! ⚓️

Our three-floor home features a living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and Master Suite on the main floor; 2 bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, kitchenette and family /game room on the bottom floor; and a loft bedroom with it's own bathroom and great views of the lake. We have a stunning wood-burning fireplace in the living room; a propane fire table on the porch; a second propane fire table on the dock; and an outdoor firepit on the water. The porch is fully screened offering views of the lake - no better place to listen to the wildlife while rocking in a swing r or lounging on the outdoor sofa. There are also two spacious open-air decks, the upper of which features an outdoor dining space. Like to cook Use the gas grill on the deck or we have a small charcoal grill available as well. Relax in the porch swing as you watch the sun set, or have a glass of wine on the dock. Other amenities include high-speed internet, cornhole, darts, three tvs with Roku/Firesticks, and lots of books, games, and puzzles. brbrThere's also the amazing HOT TUB added in 2024. Two french doors open to a large covered porch with a built-in grilling deck. There are two propane grills (one upstairs and one down stairs for your convenience). Three refrigerators with ice makers provide plenty of space for your food and beverages. brbrA walkway with steps and railing (see more details below) leads to a sunning deck, a waters edge shaded deck and a large dock. Bring your fishing gear as there is great fishing right off the dock! The dock also has a deep water ladder and 2 sets of steps leading into the water for easy access. The quiet cove is perfect for swimming, yet it is only approximately 300 ft from the main channel of the lake. Oconee Springs Park is just across the lake and is the perfect place to refuel your boat and get bait or other convenience store items. brbrThere is plenty of paved parking in front of the house as well as a two car garage. Guests can enjoy access to the community center located only one mile down the street which has a boat ramp, playground, indoor workout center, basketball and pickle ball courts.brbrRecently the upper porch has been expanded to accommodate more seating.
