Many consider it the most exquisite real estate anywhere in Georgia. brbrAvonlea is a 5 bedroom and 5 bath cottage that will sleep a maximum of 12 people. On the first floor you will find a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with ample seating, a dining room that seats 8 - all with an open concept. A screened back porch off the kitchen will provide you with limited marsh views. In addition, the first level also has a bedroom with queen bedding and en-suite bath. You will love the decor and colors throughout this wonderful beach cottage.brbrGoing up to the second floor, at the first landing, is a small deck that allows you to look up and down the cobblestone streets of the Coast Cottage neighborhood. When you get to the second floor you will find two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The back bedroom has a deck with marsh views. The laundry is located between these two bedrooms.brbrOn the third floor, you'll discover two additional fabulous bedrooms. One bedroom has two sets of bunks and an en-suite bath that will be the perfect spot for the kids. The back bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and a deck off the bedroom. This bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed in the sleeping quarters, which is perfect for kids. The other bedroom has a king bed, and large closet. Both rooms are cheery and comfortable.
