Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Gatherings and special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups for Spring Break and Graduations are not allowed, even with parental guidance.

Inside, you'll find four bedrooms and three full baths with plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. The first floor comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes three bedrooms. One features a queen bed with an en-suite bath, another offers a king bed conveniently located near the hall bath, and the third is a flexible room that works well for remote work and includes a trundle bed. Upstairs, the roomy loft known as the “Bunk Room” is a favorite for kids and adults alike, with its own full bath, two full-size beds, a built-in twin bed, and a lounge and TV area perfect for downtime after a day in the sun. There is also a second cozy room upstairs with two bunk beds, creating an extra sleeping nook that's great for younger guests.

The home is well-appointed and designed for easy island living, with an updated kitchen featuring a large center island, a coffee bar for slow mornings, and a comfortable spot to relax and watch TV. There's also a laundry room to keep beach towels and swimsuits under control, along with a dining room that's ready for group meals and a comfortable living room for movie nights and conversation. Out front, the rocking chair porch is a perfect place to start the day with coffee or wind down in the evening with a sea breeze.

Out back, you'll find ample parking and a welcoming outdoor setup with a roomy porch, a bike rack for exploring the island on two wheels, a small seating area, and a charcoal grill for casual cookouts. After spending the day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot water—a must-have for sandy toes and salty hair.

Harbor Light at the Beach is also conveniently located near several island specialty shops and restaurants, as well as the Historic Coast Guard Station, which now houses the island's WWII exhibit and offers a glimpse into St. Simons' coastal and maritime history.

    We had a group of ladies staying for a friends' long weekend. We were amazed at the amount of space once we got inside. The kitchen is impressive. We played games at the large dining room table. Everyone had a comfortable bed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

    We had a great stay over the Memorial Day weekend, the location was fantastic and the redo of the kitchen space was very nicely done. House was well stocked in the kitchen, had nice beach equipment (Bikes) and plenty of fun games and puzzles. We did have internet issues but the company did quickly bring us a hot spot to get us through the long weekend. The history of the house and family is really cool, so spend some time in the office learning about St. Simons, the house, and the great family.

    Moms/daughters/cousins 2nd annual girls trip. We enjoyed the beautiful home, no words for the kitchen renovation!!!! Home had everything we needed. We enjoyed the shops, local eateries, walks to the beach, the lighthouse and even lucked out and we're able to attend the Shrimp and Grits festival in Jekyll Island.

    We really loved this property! The house was a sweet bungalow in a great quiet neighborhood. We loved: the renovated kitchen the upstairs bedroom the proximity to the beach the quite neighborhood, private feel the new, clean bathrooms It was a perfect place for our family of 6 (4 teens/tweens) to enjoy fall break from school!

    We had a wonderful time. Check in was smooth. We loved the willingness of the staff to share the map of the island and recommend restaurants. The house was very well appointed & comfortable. We spent so much time eating, laughing and playing games around the massive kitchen island.

    This property is much nicer and larger than the pictures give it credit for! The kitchen is huge and newly remodeled. The upstairs area is great and the outside area is more useful that it appears. Location is good. We rented a golf cart and used the public parking for the beach about 3 blocks away but you can go down the 4th street access then cut over to the 3rd street access (4th isn't assessible to the beach any longer) and go to a more private area of the beach. Also 5th street is fully accessible by golf cart with parking. The Village is about a 5 minute drive so we used the golf cart for that also.

    So spacious with plenty of room and beds for 8 adults. We loved the outdoor shower, being able to walk to the beach. The front porch was great for sitting. Great house.
