Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. brbrHouse Rules brbrWe are committed to fairness - our goal is to return the full deposit because everything went smoothly. However, broken house rules may result in fees that can be deducted from the deposit at the host's discretion. Any broken rules can be grounds for early termination and forfeit of booking without refund of booking or deposit. brbr* $500 refundable security deposit is required (a hold is placed on your credit card).br* Guest must sign, within 3 days of booking, rental agreement that will be sent upon reservation. br* The guest booking the reservation must be staying at the home. br* We hope you bought travel insurance. No refunds for any reason outside of the cancellation policy. If there is a possibility your plans may change, consider purchasing travel insurance ahead of time. br* There is a ring doorbell with a camera at the front door. This is for guest and host safety. br* NO parties/events/large gatherings are allowed as this is a quiet neighborhood - please be aware of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our neighbors are awesome and we want to be awesome neighbors too. br* All guests must be identified ahead of time when signing the contract. The maximum number of guests in this home is 7. br* While children are welcome, the house is not childproofed and may not be suitable for all children. The house has two levels and the bedrooms are all located upstairs. br* Don't damage our home – treat it the way you would treat your own home, but better. br* Don't do anything illegal, (substances, behaviors, downloads) – If the cops come looking, we will cooperate. br* No unlicensed weapons allowed. br* Don't shoot a movie - you must receive advance permission and get a signed waiver for professional photos or filming (inside or outside). br* All host areas are off limits for guests including owner's closets. br* Don't burn the house down – do not leave gas grill unattended. Turn off the grill after each use. Propane tank is provided. br* The furniture can be moved for what best suits the guests. We just ask that you take care when moving anything and to put everything back the way you found it before you leave. br* We must protect the home – Hosts and authorized representatives can enter the property if there is an emergency or urgent situation, if there is a party, or if it's past check-out time. We will do our best to contact you ahead of time if possible. br* Don't mess with technology – do not tamper or intentionally turn off or disable security equipment (WiFi, router, ring security camera). You may not be able to access the house or the internet without all the equipment working. br* Stuff happens – if something breaks, please let us know so we can get it fixed for you or the next guest. The sooner the better! br* Pets are NOT allowed. We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. br* This is a NON-smoking home. There is a cleaning fee for any type of smoking/vaping. br* Parking is only in the garage or driveway. Parking on the street is NOT allowed and commercial vehicles with logos are not allowed on the driveway. The HOA is very strict about this rule and will tow vehicles or impose fines for parking on the street.br* Check in time begins strictly at 4pm and check-out time is strictly 10am. Should you require any changes, we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand and an additional fee may apply. If we have guests arriving or departing that same day, it will be almost impossible to offer any changes due to the cleaners needing to prepare the home. br* NOTE: Garbage must be bagged, boxes flattened, and be taken to the neighborhood compactor which is just up the street. Access to the compactor is via security badge which will be provided at the house. br* The TVs are all HD Roku smart TVs and will be set to guest mode so you can use your own streaming accounts. br* The backyard is partially fenced and is open to the woods in the back. br* Please communicate to us – no post-stay refunds will be issued for any reason. Guests must contact us during stay with clear documentation so we have a chance to correct the issue in real-time (vs after the stay when it's too late). This cute bungalow lies in the western Savannah suburb of Pooler, just minutes from I-95 on the airport exit and close to the huge Tanger Outlets Mall. Up to four people can stay here; so can pets.brbrThis is an executive rental, primarily set up for longer stays. This home is centrally located close to Port of Savannah, Gulfstream, Amazon, and all other major industries in the Savannah area.brbrThe bungalow, with a funky “Cake” theme, lies about 45 45-minute drive from downtown Savannah and an hour from Hilton Head Island for those weekend trips to the beach. Gulfstream and Caterpillar plants are also close by. brbrRecently remodeled, all the furniture and mattresses are brand new.brbrThere are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with two twin beds. The bathroom has a full shower. Linens and towels are provided.brbrThe kitchen is large with plenty of space for storage and prep, and opens to a dining room with a big table for six. The kitchen is stocked and has amenities like a microwave, coffee makers, a range, and a refrigerator.brbrThere is a fenced-in back yard where pets can be safely kept (see note below for prohibited breeds).brbr The home has a driveway in which you can parkbrbr The home rents for a month or more.brbr While starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are available, guests will be expected to provide their own consumable products.brbr Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids.brbrViolators of the dog policy will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.brbr Landlord is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia.brbrHouse Rules:brbrMust be 25 or older to book.brCheck-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.brQuiet hours after 10 pm until 8 am.
