The lower level has 3 beds that can sleep a person per bed which also includes a small living room with a Flat screen TV. There is a very nice dining table near the kitchen that seats 6 people but there is another dining area near the sunroom that sits 12 people. The laundry room near the kitchen has a washer and dryer that is available to all guest for free. A very nice backyard with a lot of privacy and 4 patios for outdoor seating.
