Great location.Had great space to have meals with family from out of town.

We truly.Enjoyed the hot tub.We simply hung out by the pool.We didn't get in, but it was beautiful.Just to sit by and watch the water.And as the leaves fell into the pool the whole experience was really great and thank you

The floors were dirty, and it was too hot in the whole house. The sole thermostat was behind a locked door, and the host did not respond to our request to turn the AC up.

Very comfortable! It was great being able to share meals with the Family. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive when I sent a text about not knowing where the thermostat was ( it was obvious, but more high tech than we were use to! LOL) Wonderful weekend. Very convenient to Lilburn ( old town / restaurants/ park etc)

Overall it was good. Needs just a little work, very little. We would stay again if back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this house during our men's baseball tournament! The place was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax after long days on the field. The 6 rooms were well-appointed, and the king room, queen rooms, and bunk room worked great for our team’s needs. The two couches were a nice bonus for extra lounging. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the tournament fields, making it easy to get to our games on time. The host was responsive and made sure everything was set for our group. We’d definitely book this place again for our next tournament—great spot for a team getaway!Le house or your experience!

Over my experience was great. The home was neat and the location was within 30 mins to everything we were planning on doing. My husband and kids loved the hot tub.

Atlanta is a great place to visit. It was good for our family at a very convenient location. We went to Stone Mountain, which was very close. To Atlanta Braves game, the aquarium, and the Coca-Cola factory and played golf.It could use a highchair for infants. Maybe some nonstick frying pans. Other than that, everything was great.

Our group was in town for a gymnastics competition. Our first full day in town was a snow day in the area and we were so thankful to have a house where we could be together, spend quiet time in our rooms and enjoy the hot tub and game room throughout the afternoon. The property was in great condition. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals and the common spaces were comfortable and able to allow our whole group to gather together. I would highly recommend this property for your stay!

Celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday with family and enjoyed staying in this lovely home while traveling back and forth to Stone Mountain which is about 15 minutes away. The kids loved the hot tub.

Fabulous property! Perfect for a large family vacation to the Atlanta area - especially Stone Mountain! The kitchen and great room are HUGE! Two large tables! A giant comfy couch where all 8 in our party could relax and talk about the fun day we had together. Comfy memory foam mattresses, a large kids room and an immaculate hit tub made for an amazing weekend in ATL. We hope to rent here again. Communication was the best too. Thsnk you!

Comfort from home

Very nice Georgia style house, located in a nice neighborhood. The location was great for the purpose of out trip. We primarily stayed in the Duluth area. It was a 10-15 minute drive from everywhere we needed to be. The only warning I have about the house is…there are lots of giant ants that invade the inside of the house. They didn’t bite anyone but they are everywhere.

We travelled from Canada for a long weekend trip and had a fantastic time! The games room in the basement is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it wasn’t an issue as we didn’t use it.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The rainfall shower was very nice! Pictures did a good job of accurately describing the bed rooms and amenities.

This place looks great but has a serious bug problem. There were large brown bugs (looked like roaches) mostly in the kitchen area but also seen upstairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms had lots of ants and there were also spiders. I informed the property manager and they apologized, told me about the can of bug spray (which I used but it didn’t get rid of the bugs). They offered to send the exterminator out, but we were not comfortable with the property being exterminated during our stay. Since I booked a two week stay and they knew about the bugs, felt they should have had the place exterminated right before I arrived. Everyone had to be extra careful packing to go home to make sure we didn’t take any bugs with us. There were other issues but dealing with the bugs overshadowed the other concerns. They did offer to waive the late check out fee for the inconvenience of paying to live with bugs for two weeks. I didn’t accept as my group had absolutely no interest in extending this stay.

The check-in process was easy with a coded locked front door. There was plenty of dinner table seating for our large group. The house was laid out nicely and we enjoyed the pool. The kitchen appliances worked well. We couldn't get the wi-fi password to work. I emailed and called the contacts, but didn't get a response. There was some mold starting to grow on some of the upstairs bedroom windows. It would be nice if there was a pizza pan and cutter as part of the kitchen supplies. The pool chairs could be in better shape.

Our family of 4 and our friends family of 3 stayed comfortably in this house! The living space was large and open. A great place for games each night. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room and the game room. Communication with the host was easy and quick! We were in close distance to everything we wanted to do (Stone Mountain, Georgia Aquirium, Chattahoochee Tubing).

I really wish I could say great things about our stay at this property but I can't. If you're just looking at the property, it looks really cool but the amount of filth and bugs we discovered made us want to leave. After smashing many cockroaches
