A gracious bar top, with seating for four, and an oversized dining table, with seating for 8, can be found on the way to the living area. Off of the living area is another living space! The first-floor screened-in porch houses the perfect lounging furniture, while the patio includes a table, with seating for 8 and a gas grill. Off the porch, you will find the Master Bedroom with a private ensuite bath. Finishing off the first floor, you will find a stackable washer & dryer and a half bath at the foot of the stairs. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms: One room with a queen-sized bed and the other with double bunk beds, both with their own private ensuite bath and access to the upper porch. The second floor has a TV room perfect for the kids, equipped with a comfy couch, DVD player, hook-up for a gaming console, and a selection of board games. Finally, we added a pantry cabinet in the kitchen so there is plenty of room for groceries, as well as additional appliances (an electric griddle and an Instant Pot joined the collection this year). The cottage received extensive upgrades: all-new plumbing, re-upholstered furniture, fresh paint with a relaxing coastal color scheme, child-safe cordless blinds, new pillows and greatly improved, modern lighting. The cottage is carpet free and has only area rugs to accent the beautiful, original hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms.
