Lake Lanier has over 700 miles of shoreline spread over 38,000 acres! This is our personal vacation home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. NOTE: Ask about availability to rent our 2021 Axis A24 that is fully loaded with lifejackets, wake boards, surf boards, and a 4 person tube!brbrThe spacebrThe lake is just a short walk to our 32x32 dock with a sun deck where the water is roughly 7-9 feet deep depending on the time of year. DO NOT AT ANY TIME JUMP OFF THE TOP OF THE DOCK. The path to the dock is lit at night and there are lights on the dock.brbrYou will have access to over 3800 sq feet and wide-open space with lots of privacy and plenty of places to relax. Again, this is our personal home and our only rental, so we aim to provide a personal touch. Our permanent residence is only 40 minutes away, so if you have a special request, let us know! We do not have cameras in the house.brbrQuiet hours: 10pm-8am.brbrParking: No parking on the street at any time as it is against county policy to park on the street at a rental property. We have a variety of critters that love living near the water and woods too! Please do not disturb them. You may see cute box turtles. They are illegal to keep. Please leave them be!brbrLiability Waiver:br• The terrain on Lake Lanier ranges from gentle slope to very steep. The flatter the walk, the shallower the water. The walk to our docks is considered moderate sloping for this lake. My parents, both in their 70s, handle the walk just fine.br• Please be careful as it is a lake property with uneven surfaces, slope & steps. Negligence may cause a slip and fall, and care must be taken, especially with younger children.br• Also, you understand the potential dangers and risks associated with water activities, dock access and take appropriate safety precautions and assume responsibility for yourself and any consequences caused by your party. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk.br• Children under 13 should wear a life jacket around the water.brGuest accessbrAccess to entire homebrOther things to notebrIf there is extra cleaning involved or damage we will take pics and charge accordingly.brGuest accessbrCheck yourself in with the keypad. No lifeguard on duty: Please exercise caution when using the lake and hot tub. Guests assume all responsibility and risk associated with water activities.brbr2. Hot tub usage: Enjoy the hot tub, but please follow these guidelines: a) No glass or food inside the hot tub; b) Rinse off any oils or lotions before entering; c) Keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use; d) Limit the number of occupants to the specified capacity. ---$250 per stay (fee collected separately)brbr3. Quiet hours: Respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level throughout the day.brbr4. No parties or events: Our lake house is designed for relaxing getaways, so please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings (Not over 20--including home max of 9) without prior approval. Our 2nd floor boat dock has 5-foldout tables and 20-fold out chairs (perfect for small gatherings -$250 per stay)brbr5. Smoking policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including the hot tub area. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are completely extinguished.brbr6. Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. --- Fee is $250 per stay (up to two pets)brbr7. Damages and breakages: Please treat our home with care.
