Several attractions are just a short distance away including Brasstown Bald, wineries, hiking trails, Vogel State Park, Helton Creek Falls, and the quaint towns of Young Harris and Hiwassee.brbrbrbrThe outdoor space is the crown jewel! The owners built a very large top deck that allows for amazing views of the mountain and sunrises. It has a wood burning fireplace on the left side to enjoy the peace and relaxing sounds of the mountains and cleansing air! It also features a large seating area, dining area, gas grill and plenty of space for other activities. brbrbrbrThe downstairs deck offers the hot tub positioned to enjoy the long-range mountain views, two floating chairs and entry into the downstairs game room. brbrbrbrA new carbon backwashing filter system has been installed to balance the well water system.brbrbrbrYou will enter the cabin up a short flight of stairs using the electronic lock system. The code will be provided prior to your arrival. For security purposes, the code is changed for each guest for their safety.brbrbrbrEntry is directly into the living room with a vaulted ceiling. The living room has a sofa, two chairs, electric fireplace and smart TV. The dining area and kitchen are just off the living room area with dining table for eight, stainless steel appliances including stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. brbrbrbrThere are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor. The king master is on the right of the hallway and the kids bunk room (4 single beds) is at the end. The bathroom is in the hall before the bedrooms.brbrbrbrThe loft area is just to the front entry to the right. The loft features one queen bed and one full bed. The second bathroom is located in the loft with a walk-in shower. brbrbrbrThe loft also features an additional area for games, reading or putting together a puzzle. brbrbrbrAccess to the basement game room is in the hallway off the kitchen. This beautiful family cabin was built in 2005 and is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in quaint Choestoe (Dancing Rabbits) Village. It comes complete with king and queen bedrooms downstairs and an upstairs loft with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and an open living area with a gas fireplace. It has a comfortable covered front porch and an expansive back deck where you can enjoy grilling and dining at the picnic cable. There are two large side yards, one with a fire pit, picnic table, and majestic trees; the other side yard has a large open area and a wooden double swing. A basketball hoop borders the edge of the road. The entire Village is surrounded by beautiful mountains. At the entrance to the VIllage, the Nottley River meanders beneath a small bridge just a minutes walk from the front door. WiFi is available. Close by, Richard Russell Scenic Highway is beautiful any time of the year. Many hiking trails (including the Appalachian Trail), swimming opportunities like tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, renting a pontoon boat and cruising around Lake Nottley, are easily accessible. Horseback riding, fly fishing, local parks (Vogel and Meeks State Parks), 10 sensational North Georgia wineries, and multiple breathtaking waterfalls are close by as well. The cabin is 8 miles from historic downtown Blairsville, 30 minutes east of the town of Blue Ridge and a 30 minute mountain drive south to Dahlonega and Helen, all with specialty shops and restaurants! A short scenic ride takes you to Brasstown Bald (the tallest spot in North Georgia) with views of GA, TN, NC, SC from its peak. You will find that there is a parking lot ample for several cars to park. From the parking lot you will see a side porch,this is where you'll enter the cabin there is a keypad lock .Once you enter the cabin you will see a spacious kitchen with farm house table seating for 8.the kitchen is equipped for lots of good meals including Keurig.Off the kitchen is an open living area that includes a second farm house table seating for 6 .Living Room has an 65 inch TV with you tube tv , WI Fi for your convenience, Stone Wood Fire Place and plenty of seating. This space opens to a huge front porch; whether you're just reading or taking in God's good nature, you will find it to be very peaceful and relaxing. Also from the living room you can enter a hallway that leads to a bathroom with a tiled shower. This bathroom is shared with a bedroom that has a unique Queen log cabin bed with a pillow top mattress,the closet has a pack n play if needed,there’s a tv with a Roku for Netflix.Directly across from this bedroom is the master bedroom for upstairs. This room offers a log king size bed ,55 inch TV, chair.The bathroom is a tiled 2 headed shower with double vanity. Now to head downstairs; this area is called the no stress zone. The bottom of the stairs will open to a large game area. There is a regulation size pool table, 50 inch TV, electric fireplace, microwave for popcorn and small frig for drinks, large bar,I think you will find this area relaxing for the whole family. Off the game room is a movie room the projector has you tube tv ,and 3 ikea loungers and Two leather movie chairs that recline ,projector for watching all your favorite movies. In this room is a air hockey table for enjoyment. You will also notice leaving the game room is a hallway that leads to two more bedroom suites. Bedroom to the right is the Bear Room. King size log bed and this closet has a dog bed and a kennel if you bring your pet, there’s also extra covers for covering furniture if you use these please wash ,tv in bedrooms has roku for you can login into your accounts to watch.This room seems to be one of the favorites. The bedroom has a bathroom with tub & shower. Now onto the wolf bedroom suite; it has a King pillow top log bed , small roll up pad for young child,tv with roku, There is also a bathroom with tub & shower. Third bedroom is the deer room has two full antique beds and full futon, tv that has roku, Almost done with the inside of the house; there is a spacious laundry room off the game room you can watch a movie on the projector or there is a air hockey game, which makes for a good hangout room. This cabin sits on over 2 acres. There is plenty of woods for walking and exploring. There is a fire pit to enjoy during those cool winter evenings.
