Guests have access to two paddleboards, three kayaks, a canoe, fishing poles, life vests, paddles, and coolers for unforgettable days on the water. A dock stairway makes swimming easy, and nearby marinas offer convenient boat and jet ski rentals.

Adventure awaits beyond the lake with nearby mountain biking trails, scenic waterfalls, wineries, and charming North Georgia towns including Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Ellijay, and Helen. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, lounge on the dock at sunset, or simply soak in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Inside, expansive picture windows fill the open-concept living area with natural light while showcasing panoramic lake views. The inviting great room features a beautiful stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and plenty of space for movie nights or board games. The fully equipped galley kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, a coffee and tea bar, wine coolers, and a spacious dining area perfect for gathering together. Additional conveniences include a second refrigerator, commercial ice maker, Pack ’n Play, and high chair for families traveling with little ones.

Outdoor living is just as impressive, with an upper deck and covered patio designed for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery. Kids and adults alike will love the hammock, lounge chairs, and multiple outdoor seating areas overlooking the water.

For remote workers and students, the home includes fast WiFi along with desks and office chairs throughout the property. Dock details: Guests may use the 12-foot-long dock, which has all the necessary tie-downs. Swimming is allowed and kayaks, oars, and life vests are provided.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
