This Shotgun style of home (narrow but long, with lots of space inside) is in the Summerhill Neighborhood in Atlanta. It's an older home that features 3 outside spaces, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms (although it's really like 5 bedrooms as the 5th bed is actually in a room that is through bedroom 1. This is a great space for families, students, and work teams that are on longer assignments in Atlanta. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but there is also plenty of street parking. Just minutes to Mercedes Benz, State Farm, and Center Park Stadium. Atl Colleges and Universities also very close. A few neighborhood restaurants are just a few steps away.
