This Shotgun style of home (narrow but long, with lots of space inside) is in the Summerhill Neighborhood in Atlanta. It's an older home that features 3 outside spaces, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms (although it's really like 5 bedrooms as the 5th bed is actually in a room that is through bedroom 1. This is a great space for families, students, and work teams that are on longer assignments in Atlanta. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but there is also plenty of street parking. Just minutesto Mercedes Benz, State Farm, and Center Park Stadium. Atl Colleges and Universities also very close. A few neighborhood restaurants are just a few steps away. We are pet friendly with a fee.

Government-issued ID is required from the booking adult before arrival.

Start -up Supplies

We supply an initial supply to get your stay started (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods and supplies, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, garbage bags, dish washer pods/soap and laundry soap), if your stay is more than 2-3 days you may need to replenish.



Who's Staying

It's important for us to know exactly who will be occupying the property. We require booking guest to send a valid form of identification. We also need the name (first and last) of all adults staying as well as their phone number. This is required for insurance purposes. Protecting Your Privacy- Please cover any sensitive information (ID numbers) and upload to the message thread for secure processing.



Third-Party Bookings

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must identify yourself and state that information before we accept the reservation (once we approve), you are welcome to complete the reservation.
