Stayed Aug 21, 2025Very clean home, the kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes you could possibly need including an air fryer. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice screened in patio with a TV. The furniture was also clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was excellent.

Stayed May 31, 2025The house was beautiful, very clean. I gave this stay a 2 due to the face that the owner never communicated with us. Didn’t send check in instructions, I asked questions with no response starting from April 23rd. It was stated during the request to book what we were here for. And that we would have 2 boats with us. This is a no boat neighborhood. That was never said to us untill day 6 of our 8 day stay when VRBO called me because the owner reached out to them. Still never reached out to me!! The listing did not state no boats or large truck, I have those screen shots. The owner had VRBO add them to the listing yesterday.
