Naturewalk at Seagrove is a wonderful neighborhood that provides a pleasant balance of location, amenities, price and quality.

Newer 6 Passenger Street Legal Cart Included (purchased March 2024 - min age to drive cart is 25, no exceptions). Guests may drive cart to nearby public beach access, stores, restaurants, Seaside, Watercolor. Also complimentary at the house is an electric vehicle charger; see photo.

Excellent location within Naturewalk! Home is closer to entrance, near pools, on a side street, corner lot, which provides more privacy and peace.
No recreational vehicles, trailers of any type allowed within Naturewalk neighborhood. No rv's, campers, trailers, boats, atv's, etc.; will be towed.

All requests to stay are not confirmed reservations until Destin 30A Rentals checks availability and speaks with potential guest on phone to ensure policies are agreed upon.
During phone call we will answer questions, review availability again, and ensure home is suitable for potential guest needs. If all is good after phone call, we will then charge card which converts request to a confirmed reservation.

Drive the 6 passenger golf cart or ride the four bikes to beach, Publix, Seagrove area, Seaside.
Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys provided at home, along with gas grill & outdoor shower.

Beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath house.
Two large porches, 2nd floor screened with daybed swing & chairs; 1st floor porch has a swing & adirondack chairs; corner lot perfect for relaxing, minimal traffic.

30A is a beautiful, scenic, truly unique 19 mile stretch of paradise (with bike path) that runs parallel to the beach; comprised of many communities.
Amazing white sand, public beach access, miles of walking/running/biking trails in Point Washington State Forest, rare coastal dune lakes, excellent restaurants, spectacular homes; pedestrian friendly area.

6 passenger cart included; living room gas fireplace.
4 bedrooms plus upstairs landing area with sofa & tv.
2 large front porches, 1st floor porch has swing & adirondack chairs, upstairs porch screened with daybed swing & chairs, rear porch screened,
outside shower cold/hot water for removing sand, rinsing off beach items, propane gas grill for outdoor cooking. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and traditional coffee maker

Bedroom #1 - 1st floor king suite/private bath, 1 vanity, walk in shower

Bedroom #2 - upstairs, large king master suite/private bath, double vanity,
walk in shower

All bedrooms, landing area and living room have a television; tv's have streaming capability; not traditional cable.

Naturewalk at Seagrove :
A newer 150 acre community nestled between Point Washington State Forest and Watercolor. An ideal location, pedestrian friendly area, very close to Publix grocery store, Watercolor Crossings Shopping center, restaurants.
Famous Seaside is only 1.5 miles to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre.

Naturewalk Amenities :
NatureWalk's ‘Gathering Place’ features a non heated zero entry lagoon style pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, small kids splash pool, children’s playground,
fire pit, 2 outdoor gas grills, self entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables and chairs.

Beach Access :
Lily Lane beach trail (bikes/walking only) is located across from the 'Gathering Place’. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Ave is a dead end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking; about 10 spaces. Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east of San Juan; it has about 30 parking spaces in beach side parking lot and about 30 more on north side of 30A; also has bathrooms. Just under a mile or 10 minute bike to public beach access using the Naturewalk Lily Lane beach trail. Or, you may drive out of Naturewalk, turn left (south) on 395 and go to 30A. At 395/30A intersection, Seaside is half mile to the right (west) and above mentioned public beach access places are about half mile to the left (east). If you want to rent additional beach gear, we recommend calling a local company. You can have beach gear delivered to your home or for an additional cost have chairs, umbrella set up at the beach for you. Be sure to ask if the company sets up gear at the beach access that you want to visit.

    We had a great family vacation at this property! David was very attentive and helpful and we had everything we needed and then some. Nature Walk is a relaxing and quiet reprieve from the bustle of Seaside but still close enough to everything.

    This house was perfect for our needs. It had 2 master bedrooms which was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The starter supplies provided were also a huge help. The only downside was the distance to the beach. You could only use public beach access. If you plan to do this make sure to arrive early in the morning. This will help you find a parking spot and a decent spot close to the water. We would absolutely stay here again. David the property manager was also extremely easy to work with!

    Property is very clean, has everything you need and perfect distance from the beach. Tons of room for our family of 5. Was fun to take the golf cart to the restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!

    The overall experience was tremendous. The house was super clean and property prestine. David, the property manager, was very helpful and diligent. There was a slight miscommunication that caused some confusion, and David was very honest in his dealings with us. David js awesome! We will be back!

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! Great location and super cute house! The golf cart was a must and made for easy trips to the beach and Seaside! Loved the community pool! The property manager was so nice, helpful, and informative! Can’t wait to come back!! 5 stars!!!!

    Super clean beautiful home! Out family thoroughly enjoyed the bikes and golf cart! The neighborhood is super quiet and close to everything. David was super helpful - didn’t miss a detail. Really enjoyed having coffee on the porch swing every morning and Publix was so close. That was really convenient. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable also. Thanks for a wonderful time.

    Our family of six enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing stay. I jogged to the beach in the mornings and our teens easily rode bikes to San Juan beach via the nature trail. The golf cart was very convenient for short rides to Seaside for dinner. We enjoyed time in the pools and friendly neighbors. David, the property manager, was superb - responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless, kitchen fully stocked, water temperature and pressure perfect, and beds cozy. We would love to return next time we are in the area.
