A dual sink includes a garbage disposal and filtered drinking waterspout. Surrounding the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight, a sitting alcove, a work/study desk area, and a family room with a couch, two lounge chairs, and 65 4K TV.brbrOff the dining room is a small deck with a bar table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a view of the pool and lagoon. Two french doors off the family room will lead you to a larger deck, with a Weber gas grill and outdoor seating. A few steps down from the main-level is our heated pool, with cushioned lounge chairs surrounded by lush tropical foliage that provides shade in the morning and late afternoon. Walk down a long private dock through the mangroves to go fishing or launch a rental kayak or paddle-board. On the side of the house you’ll find a cold water shower spigot for rinsing off after the beach.brbrOn the main living level, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and TV. A few steps away in the hallway, is a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Up 8 steps to the mid-level is a Bedroom with a king bed, 46” HDTV and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The top level is another 8 steps up with two rooms: a bedroom with two twin beds, a private en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. And the spacious Master Suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, 55” HDTV and bathroom with jetted 2-person spa tub, dual vanities and separate shower. A screened-in, private balcony directly off the Master Suite overlooks the lagoon and is a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset.brbrThe house is fully air-conditioned with two zones and has additional ceiling fans throughout the home for your comfort.
